I contacted Pro Builders USA, an Irving based company, due to a three positive reviews on NextDoor and Google. I completed an on-line service request form on the Pro Builders web site. Their web site said the the company handles roofing, siding, fences, and foundation work. My elderly mother's house needed repair work to some siding as well as flashing work around the chimney. Some foundation work might have also been needed due to the fact that the chimney has slightly separated from the house. After about three weeks I did not hear anything from Pro Builders USA. I decided to call the company and I was told by a man named Dave that their web site was undergoing some work. I gave Dave my mother's address and he told me that he would look at the house that very afternoon or next day and get me a written repair estimate within the next week. It has now been two weeks and I have not heard a word from Pro Builders USA. We have had three heavy rains since I first contacted this company.Do NOT call Pro Builders USA for any reason unless you want to be completely ignored and have your time wasted.

Daniel with Pro Builders approached me about replacing our roof after the June 9, 2019 storm. He was at least the 10th roofer to knock or call. I had turned all of the previous ones down as they seemed like the make-a-quick buck kind of people. Daniel, however, was not only eager to earn our business but was ready to do whatever it took to make us satisfied customers. After meeting Joe as well, I knew that we had chosen wisely. Joe and Daniel met with us to go over insurance paperwork and explain the process. Daniel met with our insurance adjusters and pointed out some things that had been missed initially. The roofing day started bright and early.Joe was there to show me some of the supplies and explain why he chose particular items. The crew worked diligently and cleaned up everything at the day's end. Joe and Daniel have returned a couple of times to happily touch up minor places that only my persnickety self would find. Our roof looks great and should last many years or at least until the next rogue storm does something crazy. Friendly, professional and top quality - I highly recommend Pro Builders!

ProBuilders USA did a great job on my roof. I had used them in 2003 for a roof replacement due to hail damage, and I had many energy saving upgrades incorporated into my roof at that time. With this most recent replacement (2017) I chose a lighter color roof, and with all the ventilation I have the temps in my attic run about the same temperature as outside- which is incredible.Probuilders is a general contractor, not just a roofing contractor. So they also were able to repair many other items damaged by hail- fence, mailbox, chimney cap, windows, gutters, etc.... I did not have to run around and find other vendors to take care of these items. This made the whole process much easier!

Max and his roofers did a wonderful job with our new high definition roof after it was damaged in that storm in June. They worked quickly and efficiently in this Texas heat! They work with you and accommodate your needs. Can't thank them enough and I would recommend Pro Builders USA to everyone!
