I've heard horror stories from my neighbors about roofing companies in the past, so I was a little hesitant about going with a company with only a few reviews, but I am so glad I did. If there was an option for 6 stars, this would be it. Matt was very confident, and timely when we made our appt, and didn't disappoint that day. He and the company were in constant communication to make sure the job was done in a timely manner, and didn't close the ticket until I was 100% satisfied. I felt like family, and will recommend them to friends and family alike for this. If you have roofing needs, do yourself a favor and check in with Roofmark first.

I am highly recommending Roofmark Roofing for residential roofing projects. They were attentive, professional, efficient and provided a quality product. My experience started with the inspection which was done via drone with photos and recommendations. They were aware of and cited a storm which most likely caused the damage and provided evidence to my insurance company for review. That is where the problem started as my homeowner insurance provider refused to acknowledge the need for a full roof replacement. Roofmark was outstanding working with a second insurance provided inspector who also denied my claim,.That is when Roofmarks called my attention to a clause that is a part of Texas homeowner insurance policies which is a provision for arbitration using 2 independent inspectors. Be warned you have to pay for your inspector but the Insurance company has to pay for their inspector. I elected to go with Roofmark's recommendation to try arbitration. The insurance company abided by the inspectors recommendation for replacement and we were on the way. From there it only got better. They scheduled the replacement and claimed it would only take one day. On the scheduled day they arrived on-time at 7am and a few of the workers started tearing off the old shingles while a couple more got tarps and covered my pool. They were throwing old shingles on our front sidewalk which was our only exit to our cars and when I mentioned a potential problem they immediately cleaned it off and changed their disposal process. There was a leak in the roof near our chimney that we had been trying to correct for almost 10 years that started when we had the roof replaced in 2009 . They found and fixed the problem (note: I have waited for 12 months to write this review to provide time to verify the fix). They also found a few other places where the roof decking had deteriorated and fixed that also. The work crew was organized, professional and attentive to any concerns I had. I would also like to note the efficiency and organization. My roof is average size for the neighborhood and I walk our neighborhood every day and note the roof replacements. Every roof replacement I see takes at least 2 days. This entire roofing job including cleanup was completed by 6pm that same day. I probably should add there was one skylight replaced and it was done about 2 weeks later because it was custom built and installed by a different team. I would highly recommend Roofmark for their expertise in dealing with insurance companies, their professionalism in the entire business process and their highly skilled and organized installation crew. They provided a quality product and I am pleased to share my positive opinion about their services.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Skylight installation, Roof installation

Not a very professional business, I ended up choosing another company to repair the damages on my roof. Beyond just being generally unprofessional, their employees have a tendency to ruin small business owners under false pretenses. I'll never work with or recommend a company who hires such immoral employees. If they don't care about employees screwing over other businesses they won't care when employees screw you over.

I had the pleasure of working with Trey and his crew...my roof looks wonderful! In spite of adverse working conditions, Trey and his crew maintained their professionalism...they were there when they said they'd be, and when problems were encountered, they were very responsive in seeking the best remedy. Trey is a man of his word...and when someone actually follows through with something they've said...that's a company I'd HIGHLY recommend! Thanks Trey, thanks Roofmark for a job well done!

Please stayed away from this company. They did a terrible job in my roof, they didn't come back to finished the job and they were very sloppy. They removed my satellite dish and left it in the floor broken, they didn't place back, they never clean up the nails from my floor or grass. Got 2 flat tires because of this. They mess up my ac system, they never come back and replace my gutters. I tried to contact them many times as well as my insurance an they never return a call back. This just happen not more than 6 months ago. This people deserved 0 stars . They used unlicensed roofers they subcontract individuals that doesn't even carry a driver license. Please don't used this company. Adding an updated to this review. Dear owner of roofmark you answer to my review is even more damaging to the cause. You people didn't come back to pick up any nails a 2nd time. Also no body ask you to give me the gutters for free or committed any fraud you company ask my own insurance nationwide for additional money without giving an specific reason why. also the AC company did in fact told us that you workers damaged my unit. Thank God my husband is a successful engineer and he knows how to fixed things and he fixed the unit on his own. Otherwise believe me you will had got hit with a lawsuit for damages to my AC unit. Either you are not aware of what is going on with your workers or you pretended that you don't know.
