I highly recommend Roofsimple. We had to have a portion of our roof replaced and modified that wouldn’t have met our insurance deductible. Micah Willard and his team were nothing but professional, personable, and quick to respond/communicate. They were completely upfront about costs when they gave me their quote and it was more than reasonable/competitive. I happened to be home working on a project with my sons in the backyard the day of the replacement and the crew worked hard and quickly all day long, even though the job ended up taking longer than expected. They very thoroughly corrected the design error in the roof that was causing the leak. My experience with Roofsimple was excellent. I am in Irving TX. Some of my family members worked with them and recommended them and gave my name to Micah Willard. I didn't even have to call Micah, he came to my house. He was very professional, courteous, efficient and he took care of everything. He was familiar with home owners' insurance company and had worked them in the past. He actually filed the claim for me while he was at my house. Everything was set up quickly and he kept in contact with the insurance company. We arranged a date for the installation at my convenience and everything was done expertly as Micah had promised. I got a high quality new roof and Roofsimple only charged me exactly what the insurance company agreed to pay (so my only out-of-pocket expense was my deductible). There were no surprise costs. We had many companies to choose from. Virginia had a thorough presentation on their company and the processes to go through to get our hail damaged roof replaced. She guided us and followed us through every step. Several people from Roofsimple were involved. Virginia, Micah, Phillip, and last but not least, Carlos and the roofing crew. The materials were delivered on time. The roofing crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They were a well-coordinated team. Their preparation (tarps for the perimeter of our house, protection for windows, and our property) was outstanding. Their organization and communication were top notch, amazingly precise, and fast. Mikah’s approach to sales was helpful in making our decision to purchase a new roof. He interacted extremely well with our insurance adjuster to facilitate the process. We received excellent advice on choosing materials. In every step of the process he was easy to reach. Brian and his crew showed up on time and completed the process of removal, decking replacement, where required, facia repairs, etc. The cleanup was in my opinion the best I have seen. Brian stopped by the next day to search for any remaining nails and to order a piece of custom flashing. When the flashing was installed, any paint touchup needed was completed same day.
