I experienced some water damage from my air conditioner and my insurance selected this business to do the repairs. They replaced about 25% of my fours and installed new tile, fixed my walls, & repainted fully.Adam was supportive every step of the way and kept me informed as they gathered materials. The crew sent out to install. My tile was quick and professional, and the quality of their work was outstanding! I can't speak highly enough on behalf of Superior One Roofing, who had been recommended by my brother following hail damage at his home several years ago. They did a phenomenal job following the May 19th hailstorm, and Ben (who I worked through) was highly ethical, attentive to detail, and made sure that everything that needed to be fixed was covered by my homeowners insurance, even if it meant coming back to them several times with additional comparative research to justify the work. Hands down, I would recommend them to anyone and turn to them first should the need arise again.

BEST Customer Service!!! I initially met Adam in Spring of 2020 after a bad hail storm. His team did an amazing job with the roofing (quality of work, time to repair & clean up), however, a few months after the roof replacement I noticed a leak in my family room that I did not have before they did the work. I contacted Adam with my concerns; he came back to my home a few times and worked diligently to find the source of the leak. He assured me the leak was not coming from the roof, however after several down pours of rain the leak continued to grow damaging a wall on the inside of my home. Not to be defeated, after additional visits to my home Adam discovered the source of the leak was coming from the very top of my chimney having nothing to do with the roof. Once the repair work to the chimney was done, Adam sent a drywall/paint team to do the repair work on the inside of my home due to not initially finding the source of the leak. I wasn't expecting that, but was very appreciative of this form of customer service. You cannot go wrong with Adam and Superior Roofing! BEST Customer Service ever. We used Superior One through our insurance to re-install flooring and dry wall after a slab leak. The initial install on the floor didn't look great, but they pulled it up and did a much better job the second time around. I understand it is very hard to install just a section of luxury vinyl, but they weren't happy until my wife and I were happy. Adam was our project manager and was very responsive and helpful. He has great customer service and made sure our experience was great.

I cannot say enough about Superior One Roofing, from the first consultation (Adam project manager) we felt like we were in good hands. Everything he told us he delivered. Adam took care of everything we didn’t have to do anything. Once the work started he was there, on the day and time promised. If this is the standard of Superior Roofing is just that Superior. I am very happy with my roof replacement by Superior One Roofing six months ago. Adam Karnkowski, was my Project Manager. I needed and wanted more than a standard roof job. Adam listened to me and we had a plan. He had very good gutter and gutter facia replacement tradespeople he works with, and he managed from start to finish. Adam communicated often and sent pictures during the process. The roof was removed and installed in one day, leaving a very clean, picked up area. My additional work added more time, but necessary. Can't say enough good things about Clayton Martin and Superior One. Clayton/Superior One acted a a general contractor and coordinated the roofers, gutter, chimney, and painter. Everything was done as committed and with good quality. Clayton was great to work with. He bird-dogged the job, answered all my questions, responded to texts and emails in a timely manner, and made the whole experience virtually hassle free. Superior One Roofing came out and replaced quite a bit of rotted decking and replaced what was up there with a Dura-Last membrane. After looking around at the work that was done I started noticing 3-4" spacing between the sheets that were replaced in some spots. I pointed this out to Adam and he explained to me that this was ok, so that's what I went with. Later on down the road I found out that there should have only been 1/8" spacing, not 3-4". If I didn't have to replace the ceiling in that part of the house too, I'm sure I would have never noticed the gaps. Other than that everything is great! Its not raining inside the guest bedroom anymore.

Superior one roofing was recommended to me by my insurance after weeks of trying to find a contractor. We had water damage and needed a full shower replacement and closet repair from the water damage. Adam was honest and answered all of my question. He let me know that he would be able to do my services, but they would be a couple of weeks before he could start, which i appreciate the honesty. They started right on time. They were very detailed and explained every step of the process. He made sure to come the first day of construction in the middle and at the end to make sure that everything went well. They were great because I wasn’t quite 100% satisfied with one part of the repair and they came back right the next day and fix it to my liking and did not make me feel like I was being an inconvenience are being too picky. They also they also were able to fix some other minor repairs in my home at the same time for me . I would definitely recommend using the company, ask for Adam. I will be hiring them again.

After a hail storm last spring, I asked my insurance company to recommend a company they had vetted to repair my roof. They recommended Superior One Roofing & Construction. Adam and his crew were great. Adam was nice enough to call me the day prior to give me a heads up on what to expect. They arrived on time, got to work quickly and I was AMAZED at how fast they got the job finished and how clean they left our yard. No nails or trash left at all!!! I would highly recommend Adam and his crew. Oh and they did the gutters as well and both look fantastic. It's hard to find trustworthy contractors these days but Adam definitely falls into that category.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Adam and his team at Superior One Roofing. We found out we had a leak that went into the guest bedroom in the middle of the rainy season, but Adam came out to inspect the damages the following day arriving punctually and taking me up to the roof so as to show and most importantly explain to me exactly what was going on. This is my first home so roofing was a concept I never had to think about until a leak happened, not to mention I hadn't heard many positive comments about roofers. Which is why it made me feel reassured when Adam explained to me step by step and physically showed me what the damages are, how severe they were, and the appropriate steps moving forward. He recommended to get a whole new roof seeing as the entirety of it was damaged from consecutive hail and windstorms, giving me his personal estimate contact number and walking me through the next steps as to not feel overwhelmed. Not to mention, before he left he made sure to completely cover the leak on the spot, free of charge, which stayed on their the entire time from mid March to the beginning of June.Turns out Adams estimate was spot on with my insurance agent's estimate. As we started to move through the scheduling and installation process of the new roof Adam was a text away, always responding within a reasonable time and being helpful in every interaction. Considering this was all happening at the same time COVID-19 was beginning to cause the world to shut down, his punctuality and professionalism were much needed to not only make us feel good about roofers as a whole but as well as provide a sense of normalcy during those tough times.Moving on from the outstanding social services that they provided, the new installed roof looks and feels amazing. We chose a black roof that catches your eye on a drive by, compared to the grey/beige roofs our neighbors have, it can give a bit of extra decoration and uniqueness to your house. The installation process took only 1 day, Adam was on site with his team supervising, but the real heroes on that day were all the workers. They knocked it out cleanly, quickly and most importantly professionally. Not leaving behind a mess in my yard or anything of the sort, they cleaned up any mess they made and even took 2 old useless satellites that were stuck to my old roof and threw them out for me.Although I meant for this to be a quick little thank you I kinda just rambled at length but Adam and his team really left a good impression and i thought they deserved the shout out!!

The project was extensive and they worked well together taking out flooring, putting in new flooring, replacing sheet rock, painting, kitchen counters and backsplash. The project included installing a new sink and disposable. The team always cleaned up and removed all debris. The team was always courteous and professional. Would highly recommend Adam and his team.

Superior One did two roof repairs on our home. Last Spring they repaired some damage on a portion of our home and we were more than pleased with every aspect of their work. When the storms came through Dallas last June, they were our first choice to replace our entire roof, which had hail damage. I made a water damage claim through USAA and Superior One was the recommended service provider. The initial inspection went smoothly, and they quickly established an arrival time and date. The workers showed up on time, and were very courteous and professional. The workers replaced the affected drywall, repaired the ceiling, painted, and cleaned up within three hours or so. The work was so well done that if I didn't know where the work was done I could not find it. The only tell in this photo is the drying paint. I am perfectly satisfied by the work, and I will be sure to recommend and if needs be, contract more work with Superior One.

We just had the roof on our home replaced by Superior One Roofing on roughly 3900 s.f., including very steep pitches, dormers, detached garage and wrap-around porches. We had the pleasure of working with Chip and Trish from Superior One. Prior to the job starting, they did a fantastic job of working with us and our insurer to survey the hail damage, to explain the findings, to detail what happens next, and the whole process of replacement the roof. They worked with our schedule and they and the crew were spot on time. The entire job was done in one day including removal down to the roof decking and installing the new heavier felt and shingles. They did not rush through the job, rather they brought a large enough crew for the job. The crew was awesome. They communicated with us, and they just worked diligently from sunrise to sunset. The clean-up is equally impressive, as other than the beautiful roof, I can hardly tell such a massive job just took place on my home. Chip/Trish stayed on the site the whole time and were not away on other jobs as I have been accustomed to with other subcontractors. Several years ago, I subcontracted the build of my own home and 2 others, so I can appreciate the personal touch that came with this job, which is quite unique. I can't say enough about their dedication to deliver on their commitment. We have a beautiful new roof and know a roofing company that I know I can count on in the future, especially with Texas weather.

Superior One did an excellent job on our roof repair after a 2020 hail storm. Adam and his crew explained all aspects of the damages to our roof, patio, fence, and gutters and provided a thorough estimate. We discussed the insurance estimate and he explained actual repair cost against the labor and materials in the estimate.During the repairs, the crew discovered additional board rot under my shingles. They showed me the damage, took pictures for the insurance company, purchased the materials, made the additional repairs, and completed the project without delay. USAA covered the additional materials and repairs.They do not make promises just to get your business. This is a high integrity, high quality contractor, that I have referred to a few of my neighbors and would recommend to anyone who values their home and wants to work with a trustworthy contractor.
