We were a little outside his normal service area but this company was still willing to provide us services for a little extra mileage fee. I was very happy with everything. The first time they came, our ducts were causing an issue and we had to be rescheduled, he actually built new equipment just to be able to service us and he didn't charge us anything extra to do it. He showed up on the dot exactly when he said he would both time and on the second trip with the new equipment, it only took a couple of hours. I was really surprised how quickly it went. They even swept up the areas they were in before they left. We have a mobile home so our ducts are in the floor and we had alot of debris from kids putting things in the vents, he gave me recommendations on how to prevent this in the future. I had no clue you could actually get filters for each floor vent to prevent anything from falling in. Completely Satisfied with everything. Very affordable compared to the other places we called. Very professional. Took pride in their work and how they left things. We are having a new baby in a couple of days and it is such a relief knowing she will be coming into a home with clean air because we recently finished a remodel and our ducts were just awful.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

I used Crows Duct Cleaning Service for the first time and my experience was fantastic! He educated me on the process and what to do for proper maintenance. I asked in every 2 years would be good, he said every 3! This guy was not chasing the dollar! Unheard of in todays world. He was prompt, very professional and courteous. Outstanding professional service. I had recently purchased a new to me house and needed to have the dryer vent cleaned to avoid a potential dryer lint fire. Wow the customer service from this business is amazing.Devin and his business are not in our area but he drove 2.5 hours to do the job. Devin kept in touch on time of arrival and got here when he advised. He layed tarps and was so careful not to disrupt our belongings. He cleaned up after himself and answered all our questions. He changed our heater filter and explained when to check it and change it. Crows Duct business is excellent and much more affordable than other business.
