Travis and his team at Billy Ellis Roofing are the best contractors I have ever worked with.We had a great experience with the initial installation during a very busy December 2018. My wife was 8 months pregnant when our roof developed a leak that began to drip through the drywall — on her side of the bed. Not a good situation for anyone. Travis expedited the process, handling the bulk of the communications with our insurance company, promptly scheduling installation, and expertly and efficiently installing a very attractive and energy efficient metal roof. He also nudged us to the contractors that would ultimately repair the drywall ceiling in our bedroom, which was also a good experience. From initial communication to completion, working with Travis and Billy Ellis was exactly what you would hope for: great communication, follow through, and a product that we were (and are) totally satisfied with.Fast forward to yesterday, September 9, 2020. I had contracted a plumber to replace an old tank water heater with a new gas tankless unit. Plumber arrives, takes out the old tank, and then realizes we have a metal roof he can’t cut through to replace the vent pipe. I called Travis at 4:40 pm, and he had someone from Billy Ellis at our house within the hour. Travis’ rep and our plumber coordinated returning this morning and completing the job.The crew returned today and installed the vent. Looks great and, most importantly, we have hot water again. Best and most shocking part: no charge. None. Zero $. We have 2 toddlers and didn’t have hot water. We were in a fairly vulnerable position, but didn’t get taken advantage of. Instead, we received help.This glowing review is 21 months overdue. I enthusiastically recommend Travis and Billy Ellis Roofing to anyone who might be considering replacing a roof. Johnny made sure everything was perfect. I am so glad I made the switch from standard shingles to aluminum shake back in 2013. I think it gives my country house such a cute cottage look.My electric bill was cut down by 1/3 to 1/2.

I have to rave a bit about Billy Ellis Roofing. Amazing customer service, friendly and hardworking crews and the security of knowing the job is well done. When we had damage to our roof, Travis was out to us within a day; he met our adjuster for the inspection; handled all our paperwork; answered our many worried calls and got the work done well. I do mot currently need a new roof, and I do not normally give praise to a door to door sales person, but Aaron came by my house today to talk about roofs. He was very professional and understanding. He was not overly pushy. I called the company to compliment him, and spoke to Travis and his wife. No one PUSHED a roof on me. They didn't miss the oportunity to make a friend for them and the company either. I would not be concerned with asking for a bid from this company. Thank you, It is nice to find a company that is interested in presenting their product without being agressive and pushy. I will call when I am in need of a roof.

These are wonderful people to work with. From Michael to the sub-contractors - everyone very professionl and trustworthy. Besides roofing they provided contractors for gutters and fence staining. Especially impressed by the clean up from the roofing. Have never found any debris left in our yard. I will happily recomend them to anyone.

Beautiful roof, the product seems great. Problem is the lifetime warranty. The company will not return calls for customer service. If your going to need any work done, you'll have to hire a different roofing company which voids the warranty.

WOW! This is a wonderful looking roof. Disregarding other benifits such as R-value, longevity, lightness of weight and energy savings. It is simply beautiful. The crew of 7 spent a day and a half to complete installation, and did well at cleanup. I am very happy.

Zach gave me a bid from a flat roof to a hip style standing seam 24" gage metal roof. My commercial building is old and I was worried it would cost me an arm a leg and maybe even a toe to get a new metal roof. I called several metal roofing company's. One never came back with a bid. The other forgot about our appointment. I finally went to home advisor and they put me in contact with Billy Ellis roofing. Zack was awesome, he took care of everything. There were a few delay due to engineering issues and a few other bumps but nothing the company/Zach could not handle. I now have a beautiful strong green metal roof that will last a life time. I am so thankful... #ThankYouJesus..
