I love this company! We were impressed with how quickly they finished our roof and how clean they were about all the materials. I got my roof about 3 years ago and recently had a minor leak and when I contacted them they quickly got back to me and I was able to make an appointment the next day for my issue. In April of 2021 our house suffered serious hail damage to the aluminum roof, aluminum siding, aluminum gutters, and fiberglass window screens. Our den ceiling, also, received water staining. After receiving an estimate from our insurance company in July we met with Mark of McKinley Roofing and Construction, LLC., an A+ Better Business Bureau rated company. Right from the start it was obvious that Mark was a seasoned roofing professional with many years of experience. After reviewing theinsurance estimate he established a contract that totally met our satisfaction. It was within the insurance estimate and provided for all steel higher quality products in place of the aluminum. Also, the denceiling stains would be sealed and the entire ceiling would receive two coats of paint.McKinley executed the restorations in an outstanding manner. The crews arrived as scheduled and you could tell that they had been working together for a number of years and definitely knew their jobs.They were very courteous and professional from start to finish. Of course my wife had to spoil them a little with cold bottled water, Power Aid, and home made cookies. The projects outside included replacing the roof with steel shingles and foam insulation inserts, installing new heavy gauge steel gutters with guards, installing steel siding, and replacing fiberglass screening with aluminum. Cleanup was amazing. As soon as materials hit the ground someone was there to pick them up and haul them to the dump trailer. At the end of each work day the crew walked the grounds to insure they were clean and that gates were closed and locked. Inside the paint crew did a great job in the very high cathedralceiling den in moving furniture, removing wall hangings, covering the saltillo floor, masking ceiling fans, lights, and ceiling beams before painting. After painting they uncovered everything and replacedall removed items. The room is now bright and gorgeous.The management, Dusty, the owner, and Mark, company rep, have been super. They continually came by to check on the crews and check in with us to see that we were totally satisfied with the progress. On one of their walk-arounds it was mentioned that the front of our five roof dormers were badly faded. Dusty stated that they would be happy to paint them at no additional charge. We provided the paint and they took care of it. This type of operation goes right along with a couple of their statements made on their Facebook layout: "Great Service Isn’t Just Our Passion – It’s Our Promise and We Don’t Just Meet Expectations – We Raise Them". They definitely raised them for us.The completed work looks great and we are very very pleased with the results. If, it warrants we willhappily contract with McKinley Roofing and Construction, LLC again in the future.Services: Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Roof installation

Get a lifetime warranty roof with this company and you’ll never hear back from them again. Contacted 3 times in 2 weeks over a leak issue on a roof they installed less than 3 yrs ago and can’t get them to call back much less come out to look at roof!!! Not a roofer I’d recommend
