In 2015, I had two properties re roofed by Josh and his crews. One 1600 sqft rent house and my 2800sqft residence. They did an excellent job, quick, complete and efficient. They were polite and worked with my tenants very effectively and accommodated their schedule. On my home they spent a little over one day, but there was a lot more detail work. After the jobs were done the clean up was excellent, You would never have know they had been there. Now it's 2022 and I got a call offering to inspect and reseal nail heads etcetera for a modest fee. Of course I'm going to take advantage of that to maintain the great rood they installed. I never hear about follow-up like this from roofing companies, so I was pretty impressed to hear back from my roofer. I am in the stages of acquiring another rental property and you can bet, if it needs roof repair, Josh and American Exteriors will get the call.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

I am very grateful for the exceptional communication and service I experienced with American Exteriors Inc.. Art Garner saw the hail damage to my roof that a prior representative from another roofing company missed. I was told that my roof was perfect and was good for another 10 years.....Anyways, Art took the time to explain the process, the product, and the estimated time of completion of the job. Agreed upon appointments were kept. And if there was a problem or delay, I was notified promptly (which was a problem I had experienced with a prior roofing company).The crew was prompt and they did a fantastic job!! They did an amazing job of repairing my roof from hail damage. I had a roof leak that I called them to inspect and they quickly pointed out how much damage there was and helped me get my insurance to take a look and they immediately agreed to do a claim for it. The repairs took less than a 1 day and it's good as new and looks great. Everyone was professional and easy to work with.

They explained the process each step of the way and even went out of their way to have my roof reinspected after the first adjuster denied my hail damage claim. The new roof looked so great we decided to have them replace our windows as well. Joshua Bohannon and the crew at American Exteriors Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof. Joshua provided a clear quote, assisted with insurance issues & adjuster (hail damage), and was flexible with scheduling and payments. The roofing crew was efficient and did a good job protecting the yard, AC units, pool pumps, and flower beds from old roofing material. Joshua also provided followup communications and re-inspection to ensure roof remains caulked and tarred (sealed) from the elements. Re-inspection recommended every 3-5 years….as needed. I would not hesitate to contact Joshua and use American Exteriors again in the future for roofing or other construction/carpentry needs they may handle.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

Excellent communication.Joshua with American Exteriors gave me a call a few years after doing a great job installing my new roof to follow up on the status of the roof. He came out and check the caulking and re-caulked all the entryways to my attic. He informed me that some caulking was starting to break apart while others were still ok. But he went ahead and replaced all of them with new caulking.Their attention to detail is great. He pointed some items that need my attention during his walk around on the roof.

American Exteriors did a fantastic job on my new roof and working with me and my insurance company and adjusters. They replace my metal patio cover with a wood structure. When that portion was completed they replace my entire roof and roof vents in one day. I am a professional home inspector and could not be happier with the work they performed. I had roofing work done by Joshua Bohannon and American Exteriors, Inc. in June and August 2020 on 2 different houses. First my house in Waller, Joshua helped me file the claim, met with the Traveler’s Insurance adjuster at my house, went up on the roof with the adjuster, and got me a new roof. Then I had damage on my roof at my house in Katy. Joshua met with the MetLife insurance adjuster at my house, went up on the roof with the adjuster, and got me a new roof. Both jobs were completed in less than a day. All debris was cleaned up and there was no mess. Throughout both jobs, Joshua was easy to communicate with, very punctual, and professional, as well as highly knowledgeable, and just a nice guy. I think on both jobs it turned out Joshua had worked with and knew those particular insurance adjusters, so you have the benefit of experience. Also, besides being highly skilled, they are honest, and go by the book. If you need roofing work, they’re the ones who can get you taken care of.
