I'm a Realtor and I needed a last minute roof inspection for a property in Richmond which was in its option period. I searched google for reputable roofing companies with good reviews nearby and bumped into Callender Roofing Services. Bryce Callender, the Owner was able to accommodate my request. Upon meeting with Bryce and Tom at the property, they were prompt, professional and courteous. They took time to explain what they were going to do and answered all the questions I had. They began work right away and provided a video of their inspection the same day and a copy of the inspection report the next morning as I requested it as a rush.I would highly recommend Bryce and his Company for your roofing needs. This is one of those times when googling totally paid off. Bryce is a good communicator and the service he provides is excellent. It was a relatively small job changing out a couple of roof vent boots when I noticed one was showing damage. But even for this small job, Bryce and his team were very responsive, worked me into their schedule, and then took the time to inspect the roof and add sealant to other vents, etc. Great job of informing me of what they found and did. The owner himself (Bryce) went up on my roof and did a video explanation of exactly what was going on ...in layman’s terms. He worked with my insurance very well. He was professional and top notch in every way. They hand nailed and used only the best materials. They are LOCAL and he lives and works in the area. They do it the RIGHT way! He’s not a fly by night “hail chaser” out of towner that shows up only after storms. He’s one of us. I was President of the Kelliwood HOA for many years in Katy TX and can’t recommend Bryce Callender enough! Give him a call!
