I recently had a new roof installed by Heritage Roofing & Construction. The process was seamless from start to finish. I worked with David Reilly who was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and responsive throughout. He worked with my insurance company, explained things to me, and checked on the progress of the project every step of the way. Can I give them six stars?! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I couldn’t even imagine that I will get into trouble. Sales representative Christian with whom I discussed options and chose color failed me. I remember we have discussed on the phone my roof color and he said that it’s Estate Gray, but it was Driftwood by the fact however I had doubts as well. I believed him, but now only my house in HOA has different roof color. I was busy that day and didn’t check it with him when workers done. I figured it out later, wrote him however he ignores my messages and calls( My HOA didn’t complained at me yet, but I live with a scary of that because I have no another 13K to replace my roof to exact color((

I was not initially satisfied with my roof drip edges that were installed over older drip edges and gutters. The original person in charge of my roofing left the company for personal reasons from what I understand right after my roof was completed, however many of the problems I identified were not addressed. Weeks later a supervisor (Frank) followed up with me and I had the chance to express my concerns. Frank worked with the insurance company to get the gutters removed (not included in original estimate) and all drip edges replaced on main house. Frank treated my home as if it was his .His attention to detail and efforts revived my faith going with Heritage for my roofing needs. Service after sales is important for me, I give Heritage five stars for their customer service and service after sales. Thank you Frank!

Heritage Roofing and Construction Company is driven and focused on providing the very best roofing and construction services for their customers. Megan and Roger were very professional, expeditious, reliable and took ownership of the whole process (end-to-end) by way of assessing damages effectively and submitting all supporting documents to the insurance company. Despite the hurdles posed by the insurance company, unlike other roofing companies that would’ve given up, they remained resilient and focused by taking all the appropriate steps to ensure the insurance company did right by their customer. All of this occurred even without signing anything on the front-end, which was a big risk for them. In seeing their efforts to reach the best possible outcome I couldn’t walk away. At the end they delivered and for that I am appreciative.

Ryan Sims is our Sales Rep with Heritage. I can not begin to relate to you how diligently Ryan worked with my insurance carrier (Allstate) to replace my roof due to hail damage. The first inspection made by Ryan and an Allstate Rep clearly indicated that the roof had significant damage. Allstate denies the claim based on insufficient information. After conducting a second joint inspection, Allstate indicated that additional photos would be required. Insisting that Ryan be the rep to take and submit the photos to Allstate. Allstate wanted Ryan's photos, not their own reps. Ryan graciously accepts the task. After taking the photos for the third time, the claim is finally approved.During this entire time, Ryan proved to be the most courteous, friendly and helpful individual. No matter what task I asked Ryan to do, he met and went well beyond expectations.After the sale, Ryan would stop by to see if their is anything else he could do to help us.In today's environment, when customer service is forgotten,Heritage is very fortunate to have Ryan in their emloy.Ryan, a job well done!I hope that you will share this note and our gratitude withRyan.A side note Ryan is 5 stars, not 4.6. He truly is among the best!

Heritage Construction did a nice job (I thought) with replacing my roof. I have had a couple of leaks since the installation. The first and second time they fixed the leaks in a timely manner. This last time, I sent them the $250 deposit. The roofer said the leak was because of the poor flashing around the chimney. On the inside of the attic, it was obvious the it leaked around the chimney, too. He was told by his supervisor that it was covered under the warranty and my $250 would be returned. He asked if I would like to spend an additional $150 to have some nails sealed in other parts of the roof. I agreed. He told me that someone would call me to arrange the painting and sheetrock repair on the inside. No call. I received an email saying my leak was not covered. I called the office. They said someone would have to get back to me. (Sound familiar?). I communicated that I would begin sending in reviews so others would be aware of their quality of work and warranty integrity.Service: Roof installation

Anytime insurance gets involved, things get complicated. There were two issues with the work. One was that the workers didn't trim the corner shingle so it hung off the roof until I went up to cut it. They also left the satellite box with about 6 feet of cable hanging from the underside of the roof. Other than that, I am quite pleased. They did a great job at trying to find all the nails, but as you would expect, I still found a few in the lawn which is completely understandable. Pretty happy with their work.

Long story short. I complained to this company about an employee they hired. The president of the company reached out directly to me to explain their situation. I was thoroughly impressed with the owner of the company. I have not used Heritage but this review is for the good-hearted people that run the company.
