On time and very professional. I had issues with my dryer not drying. Turns out my vent was clogged. It could’ve been fire hazard. I was very cautious on who to hire. I’ve heard a lot of vent cleaning services doesn’t do their job fully (cleans only from one side). My neighbors highly recommended him so I was lucky to get in touch with him. If you are looking for quality work with very reasonable prices, Chris is your guy. He is a vast source of knowledge regarding home upkeep and care. He really is a great first point of contact to get anything done in your home. He's done a lot of work for us after recently moving into a new home, but one job in particular I wanted to mention in this review: I had paid a professional dryer vent cleaning company to clean out our vents because our dryer kept throwing an air flow error. They were here less than an hour total, and for many weeks the issue persisted (they insisted it was the brand new dryer that was the problem). Finally I called Chris and he came to look at it. He spent many hours over the course of about 2 days investigating and cleaning our vents. And he found an 8" pipe stuck in the vents left by a previous company! I could not say if this was left by the last company or not, but I am shocked they did not at least find it. I had major dryer issues where my dryer stopped drying clothes, so we bought a new one. Yet that one also didn’t dry clothes completely, so we figured out it was the dryer vent. I was referred to Chris to help fix the issue. Chris was extremely transparent about the price and arrived right on time.Turns out our dryer vent was 100% clogged and that’s what was causing my dryer to fail. Chris took close to 3 hours to remove the clogs and clean up. He even went in the attic and took the vent apart to ensure it was fully cleaned out. He reassembled the vent and it looks even better than it did before he dismantled it.Chris did an outstanding job and was worth every penny. I only wish I called him before I spent $1,000 on a new dryer, and of course we had to spend another $1,000 on a matching washer.
