We had a water stain near the attic and we didn’t know if the water was coming from the roof or not. I called Tiffiny and she scheduled a maintainer to come and check it out the next day. Cris Maldonado showed up and quickly identified where the leak was coming from. He was professional throughout our interaction and explained in detail what he would do to fix it. He was able to conduct the repair that same day and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They’d be my first choice for any future roof repairs. Highly recommended!

Both Troy and Felix did an awesome job all from the beginning dealing with the home insurance, following up with their install team and to the end making sure of the clean up and all. Mr.Cris Maldonado came and explained the whole process so that we can understand the procedures. He even came and talked with the insurance adjuster to make sure that all the damages and concerns were addressed. The day of the roofing replacement, the whole team was very efficient and finished within the day. They cleared all the rubbish as if nothing happened. I worked with Troy and his crew for a full roof replacement. It was a fantastic experience. They did an excellent job from start to finish. These guys are very responsive, highly professional from working with insurance through out the processes. I was bit of worried at the beginning, but Troy come in and take care of everything. IntegrityRoofing has recently replaced my 15-year old roof with the new one. The job was done on time and in scope despite the working condition of 110F. The crew came in early morning and started the prep at 6 am. By 8am the work was full-speed and by 4pm we sit to complete the papers. Many thanks. I believe(could be wrong on the name) the gentleman was Chris who came out with his crew. He did a fantastic job. Chris asked my wife to move our vehicles while they repair our Roof. I advised him that we would get a ticket for parking in the street without a parking pass. Chris informed me that they never had an issue with their customers parking in the street before and if we came across that problem that he ensure me and my wife that he will take care of the ticket, and we have nothing to worry about. I received a $30 ticket and tried to contact Chris to honor his word. 30 days has past and He has yet to honor his word. So if you come across that problem, do not take his word that he will pay for it………….

It is an amazing experience to get integrity roofing for reinstalling the entire roof. I am shocked how efficient and professional they are within one day to do the replacement, as I thought this job might need 3 to 5 days at least. Troy and Christian handled our insurance claim very professionally. Christian was our project manager, and at every step he kept us informed and answered all our questions, even going to our HOA to try to get them to allow a shingle color they didn't permit. (The HOA held firm, but Christian talked us through choosing an approved shingle color that I actually like better than our original color!)The crew very effectively protected our exterior and landscaping, finished the build in one day, and so far we haven't found a single nail that they could have missed in the cleanup. Very pleased!

Tiffiny and Troy are consummate professionals. They know their business thoroughly. They were very helpful with filing the insurance claim and handled the paperwork. The roof build process is done in one day! The CertainTeed Landmark shingles installed are the highest quality. Other excellent materials like the synthetic underlayment are used. An adhesive rubber mat is placed in the roof valleys and along the edges of the roof. Also, ridge vents are used throughout the installation. All in all, they provide a high quality roof replacement while doing the work in an efficient manner. If you have any concerns about your roof, don’t rely on the “hail chasers” who come around after every storm for advice; Roofs have gotten too expensive and the insurance process too complicated for that. You need someone who understands how insurance companies work, and you need an experienced crew to get the job done right. Integrity Roofing, a local Katy company, does both.Initially our insurance company was willing to cover much less of the total cost than we expected. Tiffany immediately contacted the adjuster and, there’s no other way to say it, simply refused to back down. The result - the insurance company DOUBLED their payment. If you’re not sure what your insurance company will pay, Tiffany can help you figure that out, and it’s important to know that BEFORE you file a claim.Another thing to like about Integrity is that they can get almost any job done in one day. My neighbor’s roof, almost identical to mine, took a full week to complete. A full week of parking their cars on the street, having a dumpster in their driveway. A full week of hammering on the roof from sunrise to sunset. Integrity finished our roof in a day - they have a lot of guys, they are all experienced roofers and they all work as a team. They came back the next day for a couple of hours to do a more thorough cleanup, paint the vents to match the roof color, and check for anything they may have missed. They also noted and corrected some existing attic ventilation issues with no extra charge.Anyway, you get the point, and it never hurts to have more than one opinion on a major item like a new roof.
