They are the most helpful kind people you will ever meet. Jose went above and beyond what he had to out of pure kindness. I got locked out of my house and I frantically thought of people who could help me and no one could, but Johnny's Roofing did. They brought out a ladder to my home and helped me climb into my window on the second floor. It was a peculiar task they did not turn me away, and they didn't ask for anything in return just did out of kindness. Not only was he quick he gave us tips on other things we would've never known about if not for him. Although this may not have a lot to do with roofing it shows the type of people you have working for you. Character matters especially when you’re making huge purchases like roof repair. If you need any roofing help this is the place to go! You’re in good hands

In fact, he takes customer service to the next level. He is honest, fair, courteous and professional - and he went above and beyond all expectations. This is the only man you need for all your roofing services and repairs. Jose showed up literally the next day to fix a leak from my ceiling that was causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. When I was on the call with him he was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He also explained everything from the issue to the solution when he came by the next day. Mr Gerardo and his crew did an amazing job with the roof. He was patient and helped us deal with the insurance company. His guys dropped off the materials one evening and were here very early the following morning to start the job. They finished the roof very fast and left everything extremely clean as if Noone was every there. I recommend Johnny's roofing to anyone needing assistance with a new roof!

UPDATE: Gerardo with Johnny's Roofing and his team came out on November 3rd and installed our new roof. I am so happy we stuck with this company to complete the job. They were done so quickly. When I left for work that morning, I had an old, damaged roof; when I got home that evening, I saw our beautiful new, sturdy roof. I have no words that can truly express my heartfelt thanks for this company. I don't usually leave reviews for much of anything, but I had to make an exception here. We had a roof leak that we wanted checked out. They were out first thing the next day (could have come same day but I wasn't available). Did their inspection and confirmed the worst. We need a new roof - not surprising because ours is 16 years old and has gone through a lot of storms (this is Houston after all). They were able to do a quick patch that day (storms were scheduled the next day and they didn't want things getting worse for us) while we started the insurance company haggling. Although we haven't had the roof replaced yet, I know they will do an excellent job just by how they handled the initial contact with us. I am so grateful for Johnny's Roofing. I have to say that I had a great experience with Johnny’s roofing company and would completely recommend them for roofing! My roof needed replacement since it was older than 25 years and it was beginning to show signs of aging, and to top it off I also found out that the previous owners had installed an overlay roof on top of the original cedar shingle roof. This meant that getting a new roof was going to be a BIG job, requiring demo of two roof layers (one layer was cedar shingles which makes a huge mess), installing new decking and then installing the new roof.I got quotes from multiple companies, but Johnny’s Roofing came on top in all fronts. They gave me a competitive quote in a timely manner, were very easy to work with and addressed all my concerns before getting started. The quote included quality material that many of the other companies were up charging for and they worked with my schedule to get it done.The day of the job, they arrived bright and early with the whole crew and got the job done. They were organized, clean and respectful of the property and left everything clean at the end of the day. Johnny's Roofing was recommended to me by my neighbor who had just had a new roof put on.......Since my neighbor referred them and i saw the work first hand, i called and spoke to Jose who was very helpful. He took all my info and said he would work on a quote and get back to me. All of that happened really quickly.....we agreed on a price, i signed the contract and 4 days later his crew was on the job. I had a really bad roof that needed a lot of repairs before a new roof could be installed. Jose and his team did it all. It was truly a fantastic experience and being a single mom on a tight budget, Johnny's Roofing made the experience easy and affordable. This guy is the TRUTH !!! I had a slow leak that had become a concern and Jose didn't hesitate to jump right on it. He was very transparent about his schedule for the day, his services and his "no worries man, calm down and take a seat, I'll get you straight" energy was everything I needed after almost getting overpriced by another company. He was very personable and the type of guy I'd want to have a beer with! In a short period of time we talked about family, dogs, and life all while he repaired my leak. Johnny cares about his clients. He was very thorough, talked us through everything. He squeezed us in between jobs to get our roof replaced before the storm came this past weekend. His guys were very professional. He also beat every other price I was given. Most places were trying to manipulate me for insurance, but he was genuine and honest. We recently purchased a house, and our home inspector said the roof looked in great shape over all, but there were some areas that required some attention. Jose from Johnny's Roofing was the third person we had out to come take a look our roof. He said that while the inspection report looked bad/overwhelming, overall they were minor concerns, and addressed the pertinent ones this afternoon. He did note the granular loss that was found on the south facing side of the roof by the home inspector and one of the other roofing folks. Despite this granular loss, Jose thinks our roof has about 4-6 years on it... unless we have a major storm or hail event, as this is Houston after all. He made the minor repairs that were needed before going on his way. I would not hesitate in using him again in the future, as needed for repair or replacement.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair

Came out this morning with shingles on the ground. I looked up someone with good reviews and his name came up and he even lives in my neighborhood. I called and he came over right away, on a sunday. He checked our roof and I was preparing for the worse! He said just a little damage nothing to warrant an entire new roof! He offered to fix it while he was here and ho took care of it right away.
