I had hail damages on my house's roof before. One of my friends referred me Kelsey Elite Service for the roof damage inspection. The owner, Mr. Colby, a very nice person, also helped me to communicate with insurance company's inspector to make sure all damages for necessary repairs are covered and approved. The company's roof replacement service was very professional and efficient. His team was fabulous and always went extra miles. More importantly, unlike some of other contractors, Colby is very responsive and responsible. And, his service also covers years of warranty. When I texted him for an issue for roof water leak I encountered, he responded almost immediately. And, the next day, his team showed up to fix the problem. He also inspected the finished job by himself to make sure the job are done right. I would say Kelsey Elite Roofing is the BEST company I have ever seen in greater Houston areas. The company is extremely trustworthy. Highly recommended!!! Colby was so great he helped us out and came as soon as possible to get our leak checked. He was very honest asked first if we had called the builder since the house is very new and probably under warranty. Unfortunately it wasn’t. He was able to help out and did a temporary fix. Gave us the option to decide to replace the shingles or have it resealed every year or so. Colby and his crew were amazing. They provided excellent service from the initial contact with Colby to the finished roof. Colby was very helpful answering questions, communicating with the insurance company, and was always very responsive. His crew took measures to protect our yard and surrounding areas during the project as well as the cleanup afterwards. They were able to begin early that Sunday morning and had it completed and everything cleaned up by that afternoon. Colby was very attentive at overseeing everything and even came by on Sunday afternoon once his crew had completed the roof install to inspect their work. He went back over the yard, driveway, and road with a magnet to check for nails which was much appreciated.Overall, we were very pleased with the quality workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail that we received from Kelsey Elite Services.
