We woke up to a water leak from our roof after a heavy rain. Within two hours LT Contractors had pulled out dry wall and installed fans and de humidifiers. They found the source of problem, patched the area in the roof and re built our closet and bathroom. Very quick and very affordable. Call them for water restoration.

We were devastated when a pipe burst in our kitchen. Luis was able to come in and work with us to restore our home quickly, with care, and even gave some decoration tips (paint colors, trends, etc.). The worst decision I ever made was hiring this company. The owner Luis Tellez is dishonest and disrespectful. DO NOT trust him.I had called him when there was water damage in my restroom to repair everything and rebuild. He misguided and mislead me the whole time saying the insurance would pay for everything as there was a water leak and he forced me to replace everything in the restroom saying the insurance would pay.At the end the insurance rejected the claim and he did not care one bit. He came to my house and demanded payment of all the work they did (overcharged me insurance rates) in full and threatened to put liens on my house the next day if I didn't pay in full. He was rude and disrespectful to me and my wife and was not willing to negotiate or give a discount. His employees damaged by faucets during the bathroom demo and scratched my counter top and he did not care or want to give any consideration for that.Last but not least, they did a pathetic job, very disorganized and all over the place. They took months and did a terrible job for the price charged. I have attached a picture of the stained wood cabinets I had asked for in the bathroom. They had no idea what they were doing and it was a disaster, I had to have it painted later so it would not look this ugly. The tiles done on the bathtub were so bad you could see holes near the faucets. The plumber he sent to install all the faucets was so bad that everything was leaking and dripping after they installed it.Services: Remodeling, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

We had an unfortunate issue that continued to escalate due to poor build quality on a 5 year old house that was purchased new (all fixed now thanks to L&T). Luis and his crew were exceptionally respectful and provided quality workmanship. He was available to answer all my calls and texts even at random hours of the day and night all to make sure I knew I was being taken care of. It was greatly appreciated that even after the work was completed he came back to my house a couple days later just to make sure that i was still satisfied and if there was anything else that needed attention and he took care of it. We got a house with a built in water filter (house is older than than the era of refrigerators with water filters) and at some point the filter started leaking, eventually molded, and finally flooded our kitchen island. My home was damaged by Hurricane Harvey. I hired L&T contractors for both home remediation and reconstruction. Remediation was completed and reconstruction is still in progress. Luis, the owner, has been a pleasure to work with. He personally engages with me and listens to my needs and concerns. I don't find that level of engagement with some contractors. Remediation was completed as planned and for the price engaged. All of Luis's team were courteous and mindful of the fact that my family had suffered a great loss and were generous of their time to get the job done quickly and with good quality.

I don't post 5 stars for general contractors often, but L&T is the exception. Its extremely challenging in today's market to find reliable companies that deliver both quality work and excellent customer service. L&T is able to do both. My wife and I just moved into a resale and were 2 days away from remodeling our kitchen when we discovered mold in our master bathroom. I found L&T on a Saturday, their mold crew came on Sunday, and we started demo and remediation Monday. The subsequent remodel was challenging and disruptive to our family, as they always are, but every single worker that came into our home was courteous and so respectful of our space during this stressful time. Every single detail that my wife and I called out during the remodel of our bathroom and living room was attended to no questions asked, and the owner of the company would call or text me back immediately if I ever had any questions. 9-9-20 L&T crew came out to give an estimate. 9-11-20 L&T came out to discuss the estimate. We had plumbing leak under our bathtub (bathtub was tiled & did not have a panel door to view plumbing issues) had a leak.L&T gave an estimate $4,,878.42.We signed a contract for the original job. & I gave a check for $976.00. A couple of days later; a representative of L&T, a tile guy, and 2 plumbers came out & removed 4 tiles & they found additional damages. (By the way, no repairs were made.)I told them to stop the work. The scope of the job was going to be more extensive. I needed a new estimate. Two days later we received the estimate from the owner, $7,800.00. . I cancelled the job and now they are refunding only $176.00 out of deposit of $976.00.This company is not fair to it’s customers & I would not recommend this company to anyone.I do not recommend anyone use this company.

The pipes in my attic bursted during the Winter Storm Uri and flooded the floors, one ceiling collapsed, and damaged some of the walls of my single story 1629 sq ft home. I was quoted $12,000 for water mitigation. I paid $3000 deposit on Feb 19, 2021 and was told that Luis' crew was to start remediation the next day or so. By end of day of Feb 21 I only saw that someone had come out to the house to do markings on the walls to indicate where the sheetrock needed to be removed. I called to cancel the service because I really thought the crew was going to actually start remediation on Feb 20 or Feb 21 and requested only to be charge for the markings. I was charged $500 for the markings! It took me over 2 weeks to get the $2500 refund back. Several times Luis would say that he would call me back to let me know the status of the refund check or personally return it to me. He doesn't follow through with his words when he tells you he will call you. I finally drove to where the refund check was and picked it up myself.
