I had some much needed ceiling repairs in my dinning room after my water heater had sprung a leak. I got in contact with Daniel, told him about the damages and what I wanted. He contacted me quickly and was an utmost professional, he knew exactly what route to take to get the job done right. Came in with his crew and made it look like nothing and happened. They were very neat, thorough, and organized. 10/10 will definitely call Daniel for my next home repair/remodel.

I contacted Daniel when another contractor (major company) stopped communicating after they finished the removal of Sheetrock etc after a leak in our laundry room ceiling. He came by quickly and gave me a quote, his team came out the next morning and did the repairs. It is seamless and they cleaned up afterwards. Everyone is professional and courteous.I will definitely call them for future repairs or some remodeling!!

We became aware of Daniel's company from the work he did for the previous owners of our home in the contract process- even our realtor (who used to work with developers and flippers) was extremely impressed with the skill of his team and level of professionalism.We then entrusted him to do more major work in our new home including extensive painting, redoing kitchen cabinets and countertops, a powder room rehaul, and small plumbing and lighting updates. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with the results! Daniel was very helpful with certain design choices, incredibly organized, and even was able to finish early when our move in date got pushed up. Often his team would be working into the late evening when we stopped by to see progress. We will certainly be entrusting him and his team with our next set of remodel and repairs once we get settled in!

Daniel provides excellent contractor/handyman services for a very reasonable price. He is very responsive, met me on the same day I called him, and provided a detailed quote with a good explanation of all of the work to be done. He repaired sheet rock, repaired rotted wood interior and exterior trim, and sealed and painted my window frames. The quality of his work is great. On the job site, he is clean, efficient, and considerate. I would definitely call him again.

The three wooden column and trims at the bottom in front of my front patio are rotten and damaged by the stucco contractor. I request Daniel to come out to take a look to see what can be done to fix it. His response is quick as usual and he came out to examine the damage and then provided a quote which is very reasonable. He removed the rotten parts of the wooden columns and replaced them with solid wood and have all being primed and ready for painting. His workmanship is totally professional and absolutely first rate (which is quite rare in nowadays environment). I would say his is as good as those appeared in the "This Old House" PBS TV show series. Not only his skill is first rate, he cleans up the work area very well also and removed all the debris from the work site. The stucco contractor that I used to repair my house's walls left the area a total mess and I have to do a lot of cleanup work. I am totally satisfied with Daniel's work and will definitely re-use him next time when my house needs repair/maintenance work. I wholeheartedly recommend Daniel's work skill and professional ethic - very rare in nowadays society. Thanks.

I cannot say enough great things about Daniel and his team. He is professional, conscientious, honest and imaginative. He repaired several items for us instead of simply replacing them, saving us a lot of money. Not once did we have to ask him to redo something or to do it better.This was the second time we had used Daniel (see my wife's, BTK, earlier review). He has done painting, plumbing, electrical, wood, tile, etc., and we could not be more satisfied. We referred him to a friend of ours, and that person was also delighted. Our friend and I said that we didn't want to share his name with others as he will simply get too big and too busy and will no longer able to work on our smaller projects...LOL!In summary, Daniel is that rare contractor that truly takes pride in his work and is not out to line his pockets by taking advantage of people. He has our highest recommendation!

I am extremely pleased with the work done. I was provided a detailed bid, thoroughly describing what they would do. The crew was timely and professional in their appearance. They repaired several cracks in sheetrock, painted the walls and ceiling, replaced an old light fixture with recessed cans and replaced a door handle. Everything looks great, high quality work at a fair price!

My experience was fantastic. We were dealing with an HOA required paint job and we got a quote almost immediately after calling. A very reasonable quote. Then we had to wait almost a month for the HOA to give us approval to paint what they told us to paint. I was worried that they wouldn’t be available to do the job quickly because of the delay but it was completed within days of us contacting them. They are now my go-to company for house painting. We will absolutely use them again when the HOA sends us a letter about something else next month.
