Best decision I have made. Amazing customer service, knowledge, and follow through. The Mission Roofing team was so professional, high tech, and hands on for my roofing needs. They ensured that my roof was replaced and paid by insurance and handled most of the process themselves. My solar panel removal and replacement was also covered. Jeremy did a great job explaining and assisting with this job. His patience was unparalleled. My only complaint was cleanup from his crew; they left roofing debris on both my reddish flagstone stoops leaving them dirty and hard to remove black residue. I cleaned both with Awesome and water mixture after sweeping them down.

Amazing, incredible, incredible! I couldn't be more pleased with these. We called them because our living room ceiling was leaking, and they arrived approximately 2 hours later! Our expert was very personable; he discovered the leak and covered it with a sheet until they could return to repair it. They had someone on my roof repairing it just two days later. Pricing was reasonable, and the individual I spoke with on the phone, Jeremy, was extremely simple to work with; he kept me updated on the status of my roof repair, and he even emailed me a report of all the work after it was finished.

I'll do it again. Although I didn't see any leaks in my house, I did find some shingles in my garden. In the course of their assessment, they discovered over 40 missing and damaged shingles. Costs were reasonable, and the work was tidy. When the roofs are due, I hope they would also take care of my rental houses.

I appreciate Jeremy’s honesty and integrity. Unbeknownst to us our insurance company had inspected the wrong roof and was about to cancel our policy. We were in a bit of a panic and ready to replace the whole roof. However, Jeremy came and gave us an honest quote although he knew our intentions and could have unnecessarily replaced the roof. The 1st roofer we got an estimate from tried to schedule us the same day he came for the inspection. Jeremy pointed out that we only needed 3 shingles to replace, and the roof was in relatively good condition. Consequently, we were able to take Jeremy’s quote to our insurance company to get our situation sorted out. His integrity has earned him our loyalty.
