Unlike the other contractors, Ryan listened and executed our dream. We are very pleased with the service that was provided and the outcome of the project.. The pictures speak for themselves. this is a horrible company. please stay away from this company when my house roof got hail damage in April, MVI drop by my house and made a lot of beautiful promises for their service. now I can say none of them come true. I paid MVI 26868.77$ on July 20th to let them start the work. when the job is done, they will apply the second check for recoverable depreciation which is about 4300$. the second check include about 1600$ for MVI payment and the rest is mine. I have thought the whole recoverable depreciation should be MVI payment and I should pay less at beginning. John said it is easy to apply recoverable depreciation check and they will do right after the work. I should feel secured since a part of check is their payment. now they changed their mind again. during the work,they damaged three window screen. I send the email to ask repair on July, 24th. they said they will send people soon. on Sep, 8th, finally they send 5 people to repair three screen. those 5 people only repair one of them in 4hrs. then I have to contact MVI again and they still promise they will fix the window screen soon. until today they didn't repair the screens. the more important thing is to apply recoverable depreciation check. they just simply forgot it. until September, I called my insurance company to find out they didn't file the application. I contacted them on Sep, 7th and told John the insurance need invoice and pictures to complete recoverable depreciation application. John send the invoice on the next day but he didn't send pictures. until today, if you think it have been horrible, it could be worse when Lexi replace John to contact me. her experty is to black mail and threaten customers. first she ask me to leave MVI a 5 star review and then she will send people to repair the window screen. how could I believe her? after that, she ask me to pay that 1600$ and then she will send people to take pictures. she just use the job she should do two months ago as leverage

He responded promptly to create an estimate I could submit to the Claims department, and was an active part of the conversation with the company to get the paperwork cleared. I can not say enough about what the MVI team has done for me and my family. If it wasn’t for them we would be a lot worse off then where we had started. They fought insurance for us and got us where we needed to be to get this massive job done. This was an extreme claim and they handled it so professionally. It was a long process due to the insurance, but as soon I we got the green light to start work, they where there. In a matter of about three weeks the had completed the hole exterior which included a whole new room, completely rebuilding an entire room, taking down brick, outing brick back up, and so much more. The house doesn’t even look the same anymore, but it looks way better than we ever envisioned it. I back MVI 100%

Ryan and project manager Brad were fantastic! They were very prompt throughout the renovation process and workers were very respectful too. They are very trust worthy as we had some plumbing issues after the renovation few months later but came right away and resolved the issue without any questions asked. I contacted MVI Construction to help me take care of some inspection requests on one of my investment properties, and they responded right away to visit property and provide quote for project. I want to share our experience because I’m sure like anybody else you get super stressed when you realize you need to replace your roof. We had multiple vendors quote the job, one of them being MVI Construction. They came out quickly to quote, explained everything in detail and were patient with all our questions. Within a week of quoting our job they were installing our roof which would have been quicker if not for the weather. Their team did an amazing job and we will definitely be using them for future remodeling projects. If you are needing to replace your roof or are looking to remodel something in your home definitely give them a call!

After buying a new home, we met with Ryan and spoke about updating the flooring to tile and updating the tile on the fireplace. We received a quote very quickly and they were able to start quickly as well. We worked with their lead, Marcos, and we were very pleased with his work and his communication. This duo answered any of our questions, made great suggestions for colors/visual of how the tiles should go both on the floor and the fireplace. They also filled in a doorway for us which looked great, you can’t tell it was every a door. They also made this process easy for us and wanted to make sure we were happy, this included fixing a few minor spots on the floor, which was great that they were so willing to make sure we got what we wanted!I would highly recommend MVI construction and will be using them again on future projects!

After Hurricane Laura my house had a lot of damage and I didn’t know where to turn. We received a knock on our door and my husband sign up with this Company. After a long battle with Insurance Company the work began very quickly. Jason and his guys went to work and got our house back to what it was before Hurricane. I have never seen such hard working guys ever. The guys worked when temperatures were below 32 degrees and never stopped. The work was great quality and we feel so blessed to have had this company in our lives.

John is extremely professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive. Their team did an awesome and remarkable job in replacing my roof which came out beautifully. Ryan at MVI assigned Cole to oversee our kitchen flooring job. Troy Richardson was responsible for the flooring installation and performed a magnificent job on the very difficult travertine tiles we were having installed. Troy when above and beyond with the installation and worked many hours more than what was originally expected since our kitchen floor had irregularities that had to be filled in and leveled. Troy also made sure the tile enhancer and sealer was applied properly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this crew for any tile flooring/reflooring project.Service: Tile work replacement

From start to finish, MVI was easy to communicate with on request and needs. We met with a quote representative to replace the existing Interior floors throughout the home and the replacement of the house cutters with some exterior wood replacement. The job was complete in a reasonable period of time meeting our quality expectations. The MVI employees doing the demo and installation worked diligently while being safety concise. We are very happy with MVI and will use MVI for any upcoming interior or exterior modeling changes and repairs.
