I rarely have the desire to write reviews either good or bad, but I'm willing to write one for ParaTex.When my roof was damaged in a hailstorm, I was dreading the process of finding a roofer. I was worrying about the process and whether I could trust someone to do the job and do it right.When communicating with Justin, he always called me within a few minutes of me texting him a question. He was always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable when we talked. His crews not only replaced my roof in one day but also went the extra mile and replaced quite a bit of rotten wood at no extra cost. When his crews left at the end of the day the yard was spotless. No debris or trash anywhere.I definitely plan on recommending ParaTex to my friends and family.

Solid experience working with Justin Hadfield and ParaTex. Roof replacement was done on time and crew worked diligently and did a nice job cleaning up. Justin’s follow up and follow through was on point. His willingness to educate us on the process and work directly with the claims adjuster helped take some of the stress off the situation and ensure all points were hit. His use of technology to document things helped things go smoothly and keep us up to speed. His availability, patience, and communication is much appreciated.

Justin is a fantastic salesperson, but he’s also a good man! After a hailstorm he worked with me to understand my roof situation and then walked me through the process of filing a claim and came out to meet with the independent inspector. My insurance company chose to deny the claim; I discovered this was their practice. Justin connected me with a lawyer and after a year long battle, the insurance company settled. Justin provided the law firm with most of their data. Justin then got me a roof for the money my lawyer left me with (not as much as I should’ve got). So, he worked with me through it all, and I didn’t just get a roof, I got a high quality roof put together by a good team and I feel blessed.

My roof experienced hail damage and I have been working with Justin to get the insurance claim approved. After contacting Justin, he quickly came out and inspected my roof for hail damage and provided helpful guidance on how to file a claim with the insurance company. Justin made sure that he participated in the inspection with the insurance adjuster (on a very hot summer day). When the insurance company denied the claim Justin provided me the information to challenge the insurance company’s decision including putting me in contact with a public adjuster. I truly appreciate Justin’s drive and conviction to helping the customer deal with various obstacles that the insurance company utilize to not pay claims. His customer focus is outstanding including fast response to questions, information needs, requests and he even personally did a small roof repair that was needed on his own time. I highly recommend Justin.

I had my roof replaced with ParaTex Roofing recently and it’s pleasant experience working with Justin Hadfield in the process. Justin was always there to help right from the beginning on the day damage happened to the old roof with heavy rain and all the way to get the perfect new roof on.Justin helped us to prevent further damage by patching the old roof, patiently work through the insurance process and finally get the best quality roof on my home. Considering my new roof has much higher resistance for the winds and much longer warranty compared to old one, very happy to have worked with ParaTex roofing and recommend them for others.

Awesome company. Owners came out to inspect roof and created a comprehensive estimate including all evidence of damage. They then dealt with the insurance company directly and were approved and on the job within a week. Entire roof of 6,500 sq ft. Was finished in just under 2 days. Our roof was damaged by the 4/15/21 hailstorm but after the other guys submitted our claim it was denied twice by our homeowners insurance. We had given up after the months of trying when a neighbor recommended ParaTex and introduced me to Kyle. They brought in the services of a Public Adjuster who was able to prove the damage to our insurance company and have them cover the replacement. They then scheduled the job and finished a complete roof replacement in one day. They came back the next to double check the final clean up and left the place in pristine shape. I was surprised by their professional and prompt service. Replaced damaged flooring due to water leak. If I didn't have Brad from Paratex talking to the insurance company regarding floor replacement due to water damage, I would not have been able to complete the claim. Paratex, Brad, had all the industry knowledge to deal with the insurance adjuster. He was working for me and was always available to explain what needed to be done with and for the insurance company so that the job could move forward. Paratex also did my roof a few years ago. They picked the right roof color for the house. I was not involved with the insurance company on this claim. The roofing job was strictly between Paratex and my insurance company. It was seamless. As with the roof color, Paratex found the flooring that I wanted at the right price, right quality, right color. It was a very difficult time because I was dealing with the insurance myself for the flooring replacement. After showing Brad the paperwork and detail of the flooring job, he took over and in time I had a completed job. Thank you for your professionalism, consistency in answering any questions, willingness to do whatever it takes, and availability any time of day. Thank you is not enough but I mean it very sincerely. Paratex will always be my go-to company for roofing, construction, renovation.

10 million ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Wow! Couldn’t be more impressed! David, Tyler and Art are the absolute best. They walked me through the insurance process start to finish - making sure all my questions were answered and everything was covered by the Insurance company. Their finished work is beautiful and they provide a warranty that cannot be beat!! They take great care to protect your property during and after the process and I’ve never experienced a more responsive company. My house and yard were left clean and in better condition than before they arrived. David was out at my house within minutes after the storm to make sure I didn’t need tarps to avoid further damage (luckily I didn’t). These guys are absolutely amazing and they are Veterans too! What story we have. I'll make it short. My mother needed help replacing her very old roof. Sadly, her home owner insurance would not replace it. So she went on the hunt to find a roofing company that could help her out and ParaTex came through like a champ! They were kind and helpful from the word GO! They arrived exactly on time. Their customer service really goes above and beyond. I called about a small job. A nail pop on one of the shingles and spoke with Kyle. He came out next day while I was at work and was able to fix on the spot. He wouldn’t accept payment for the service call and instead asked if we could provide referrals to friends and neighbors. Since moving to the area in 2018 we’ve never seen that kind of customer service from any contractor we’ve hired. If you are looking for repairs or a new roof, ParaTex should be your first call! We live in Louisiana and our home was damaged by two of the hurricanes that hit our state in 2020. Our plan was to tarp the roof and wait until the frenzy of storm repair work was done in the area and then locate a contractor. We changed our plan immediately after seeing ParaTex complete a few homes on our street. Their work was noticeably better than the other contractors and we had at least 10 or 15 different operations to watch. ParaTex left our home cleaner than when they started the work. Contacted Tyler who was suggested by another contractor we use for other repairs, and he came out and looked at what would be involved in repairing the seam area where the roof attached to the main part of the house. He sent a quote and we did some tentative schedules that were weather dependent. Weather finally cooperated, they came out and repaired the roof. No more leaks. So one of their sales rep approached me one day and provided me his card. Weeks later I discovered a leak on my roof. Contacted their sales rep, he supposedly inspected it. Three weeks later still no email with an estimate or what was determined is needed to be done with my roof. I contacted the company and one of their owners stated he would get with the sales rep and be in contact. Still no email or phone call.
