I had my roof damaged due to a hail storm and had many companies stop by to do inspections, but only Santos Rodriguez and The Roof Depot went the extra mile. Santos actually took the time to explain absolutely everything about what hail damage does to the shingles. I was extremely impressed with the way he was able to educate me, sold me instantly with amount of care he showed me. Santos handled everything with my insurance from helping me call in the claim, adjuster visit and helping me understand the insurance summary. I also was impressed with his honesty and The Roof Depots principles and morals. Everything was handled legally and I respected them for looking out for me in that case. As promised and explained to me only money out of pocket was my deductible and all insurance proceeds for my claim. It was a 1 day job as promised and clean up was perfect, they ran magnets 3-4x to make sure nails were all picked up. My roof is beautiful and definitely superior to most of the other roof I have seen. I will definitely recommend Santos and The Roof Depot to my neighbors and all my family members. We decided to use The Roof Depot because our neighbor spoke so highly of them after replacing her roof. They handled every aspect of the claims process with my insurance company and did an amazing job. Our customer rep, David, was awesome; he and the owner came to the house at the start of the job and when it was done (David several times during the day). I highly recommend them if you need your roof done. The difference between their roofs (they have done several in our neighborhood) and the roofs done by another company are noticable!

The Roof Depot was very professional. they got the job done in a very timely manner. Our roof took 2 days. they spoke to the insurance company directly to help me get more than what the insurance was originally going to give me for my roof replacement. The roof looks amazing. The roofers were very clean, each day the kept the ground clean and clear of debris. David, I was able to text with any questions I had at anytime. His crew and his material were excellent and the price was reasonable. It's been three years since the new roof was installed and we have been pleased in every way. One of the few good experiences I have had from a person doing door to door sales. They came at the right time when we were needing shingle replacement from age and previous wind damage from the many storms that hit our area. David was very helpful working with my insurance and the inspector who came out. They took care of all my concerns and even made sure my shed shingles were replaced too so they matched my home. They managed to get everything done in a day with the many employees they had out. Many of them took the time too move my potted plants to prevent damage. I did still manage to get some plants damaged from the debris thrown to the ground, but The Roof Depot took care of the issue to my satisfaction. Overall great experience with The Roof Depot and my roof looks beautiful! Would recommend to anyone in need of roof replacement.

David did excellent work explaining and checking my roof. Once the decision was made that I would need a new roof David and James went to work. They made it super easy that I went ahead and had them paint the exterior of the house as well. David and James were there through the whole process, James the owner even took the time to point out that it would be a good idea to do my storage shed and for just a few $$ he was able to get it done. Outstanding Father / Daughter team, James and Brooke, you and your crew really knocked it out of the park!- We have been trying for the last few years to get our roof replaced, the insurance company has been totally non-responsive on this. We've had previous hail damage that really needed repaired, not to mention the big winter storm and MORE hail damage this year. James handled all of our interaction with the insurance company and did the necessary arm-twisting it took to get them to finally step up.- During the time they were wrangling with the insurance company and getting the job organized, Brooke did an excellent job of keeping my wife informed as to where they were. I work out of the country, so this went a long way toward reassuring her when she was handling this all on her own.- Nearly everyone in our neighborhood and the area in general has had to get new roofs, again, hail and the freeze. As a result, materials have gotten scarce. The shingles we wanted for our roof were not going to be available until November. Brooke and James went the extra distance to find them in a timely manner for us.- The materials came in, and we got cleared by our insurance company while we were on vacation. When we came home, we had a nice new roof.- I have to give them a big thumb-up for the post-job clean-up they did when the job was over with. I've seen contractors that will leave the job site a disaster area when the job's over with.Brooke and James have earned our business. The Roof Depot installed a new roof on our house in March 2018. They were very professional and did excellent quality work. A huge advantage of working with this company is that they manage the claims process for you through your home owner's insurance company. This is a long, complicated, and frustrating process that they know all the ins and outs of already. We filed our claim in February, had the new roof installed in March, and we didn't get the final check from insurance until the end of June. The Roof Depot pushed the claims process along at every point, which I did not have the time or experience to do. Also, I didn't have to pay The Roof Depot until I received each check from insurance. I definitely recommend The Roof Depot.

David was great to work with. He made our options very clear and made me feel like I was the only customer that he was working with. He explained each step and was available by phone or text if I had any questions. We even chatted outside of regular business hours. On the day of build-out, he was there the whole day, working with his crew. There were a couple of things post-build-out. My insurance company initially denied my claim. James Filip came out after I requested a new ladder company and adjuster. Upon visiting with James, my new adjuster had no issue with processing my claim and issued a direct deposit immediately. James, Jeremiah and the roofing team did excellent work from start to finish. They took care of a gutter re installation and handle some screen issues I had. They came out several times and swept for nails in my and neighbor's backyard. If you want a quality roof and reputable roofer I recommend the team at the roof depot.

I had several roof companies come to my home telling me they could help me get a new roof due to Hail damage. However, The Roof Depot was the only company that was actually committed to helping me navigate the ins and outs of dealing with an insurance claim. James gave me his word that they would see me through the entire process of appealing my insurance's denial and he and his company absolutely did. It's hard to find companies with Integrity like that these days and I knew that they would follow through on their commitment. It was a process to get my insurance to approve the claim, but with their guidance, support, and attentiveness we were able to get my insurance to cover the cost of replacing our entire roof. I can't speak highly enough of James, the owner, and his right-hand man, Jeremiah. Their customer service is fantastic and their entire roofing crew did an amazing job. We needed some indoor repairs too (due to water leak during major storms) and they did an amazing job removing sheet rock, double checking for mold, and painting our ceilings to look good as new! Check them out!

Initially had difficulty getting roof replacement approved by insurance company after dealing with two other roofing companies . Be patient with me because this is good. While cutting my grass one of their representatives (Santos) was in the area due to recent hail damage . After explaining I didn’t want to go through the process again and was in process of obtaining the financial needs through my stock he begged me to give him a shot since he was at my house. Allowed that to happen and they got the replacement approved 100%. After the roof replacement was done had nothing but, compliments from the neighbors about the look and qualify of roof replacement. Now they save me money from me not investing in my stock so they recently replaced my gutters which look great. Santos you are a blessing and my family thank you for going the extra mile to get this project approved. Very professional and refused to take money on the side.
