I had the pleasure of having Henry and his team help me with a hail insurance claim roof replacement. From the beginning Henry helped me get an accurate estimate from the insurance estimator, to dealing with HOA requirements, and dealing with city requirements for permits. Very prompt and responsive with the process. Great execution the day off the job. Since we share a roof because it is a duplex they made sure to have the new shingles transition seamlessly into the other half of the roof. I had some hail damage from a storm in April. I'd tried calling and setting up appointments with other highly rated roofing companies and no one was showing up when they promised, everyone was just so busy! I was talking to my neighbor who'd just had his roof replaced and he recommended that I call his contractor, he was happy with the work they'd just done on his roof and had known the project manager for years. I called Stuart with ProRoofs Restoration he was out that day to take a look. He gave it to me straight, I have Allstate and they are hard to get to cover anything but he thought the damage was enough to warrant the new roof. I called and set up an appointment for the insurance adjuster to come out. Stuart was sure to be on site while he was here to show him all the problems he'd found. Thanks to his efforts, Allstate agreed to cover the roof, gutter, and drywall replacement. We worked together to put together a contract we could agree upon. I did not want to include my back patio because it needs to be replaced, not just replace the roof. We did add another section of gutters to help alleviate some of the issues with water drainage on my garage roof and added and solar attic vent.Stuart helped me get the information I needed for the HOA approval which I sent by email and was approved in just 2 days! ProRoofs was able to start the project within a few days. They took 2 days to remove and install the new roof. The workers were very nice and professional, they did a terrific job. Stuart and his gutter contractor came out a couple of days later to measure for the gutters, while there, he noticed a gas smell. He called me while I was out of town to let me know. I suspected it was my gas lamp out front that had been blown out by winds and rain from the previous night, he helped turn it off for me. Also, they noticed the insurance company didn't give me enough credit to replace all the gutters. I tried to reach out to the insurance company and they were slow to reply and it was as if they didn't even read what I'd said. Stuart called and talked to them personally and I got approved for all of my gutters being replaced. The insurance company did not include the downspouts but thanks to Stuart, they were now covered. The final part of my project included drywall repair and paint for water damage in my garage. We waited until there had been a couple of good rains before moving forward to ensure the new roof was good, which it was. The painters came out, replaced, repaired, and repainted the drywall. Stuart was not satisfied with the job performed so he asked them to make some corrections which they did. It looks way better than before. Doing an insurance claim repair isn't always easy, but ProRoofs did everything in their power to ensure everything was done quickly and correctly. I couldn't thank them enough, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend the ProRoofs team. They were always there to answer my concerns and questions, the project management side of this was superb! If you browse ProRoofs/Restoration media sites they mention “call the professionals, keep it local, trust…” but after hiring this company in July of 2021 and still feeling their poor work in April of 2022, this company misses the mark. They left a mess and grout damage on a smaller roof of our home and it took months to finally get someone out to clean/fix it. They tried three different methods to fix their poor practices and to this day the roof still needs work. I’ve reached out to the owner and he has been uncommunicative.

I do tons of research before even calling a company and the phone conversations I have over the phone have a large impact on my decisions. I had scheduled appointments with 4 different roofing companies and the first one did not show up. The second appointment was with the owner from ProRoofs and Restoration, Henry, who was on time (which to me means a little early) and called to confirm when he was on the way. This I appreciated from the start.What I did not get from the other roofing companies (over the phone) was that personal touch which I got from Henry. He made me feel like my estimate was important and despite how busy his company may have been he has systems in place to be able to give an estimate when promised. To me that says a lot about how is company is run and even more so about their product.On top of that, Henry thoroughly walked my roof. Henry explained everything that was going on and it made sense. I always appreciate when a contractor educates me. That is priceless to me as a consumer! After he left, I cancelled the other appointments. I knew I was going with ProRoofs and Restoration....and I am so glad I did!!! Not only did they provide me with the photos of the new job that was done, but they got it done in the specific time frame I needed. We ended up having some major water/moisture issues on the back of our house/guest room due to the original builder not waterproofing the home correctly. Henry and his team were able to fix the siding on our house and our guest room to make it look brand new and better than before. Towards the end of the project, his team (shout out to Oscar) worked well into the night and weekends to get the project completed. They even did a full clean up after so that the room was ready to move back into.Henry also made it a point throughout the project to ensure that the project was not rushed and prioritized quality over anything. That's hard to find these days as many contractors we've come across seem to want to cut corners and rush jobs to move on to the next one. Henry wants to make sure your project gets done right and that you're happy with it. Thank you so much, Henry!

Pro Roof and Restoration was recommended to me when I had damage during hurricane Harvey. I contacted Henry and he came to my home as soon as the storm had passed. Within to days the crew was out and had my new roof installed. When finished you could not even tell they had been there. Everything was cleaned up and left just as they found it. I don't usually write reviews... but I went out my way to do this one.Main reason: Richard. He is the ultimate professional and not just because of the workmanship, but because you can tell he really cares from the moment you meet him. He shoots you straight. Does what he says he'll do, clearly cares about taking care of you. He interacts extremely well with insurance companies and you can tell he has a great working relationship with them. And, trust me, this is critical to getting the most out of your repair claim. His crew is great, professional and cleaned up wonderfully. Lastly, I saw what it took other roofers in my neighborhood two or three days to get done, Richard's guys did in a day and half. So glad he was recommended to me. Class act. Grade A

I paid ProRoofs and Restoration's owner Henry Viesca $5900.00 October 2019 to repair/replace my leaking roof on my townhouse & 2 days after the completion of work on my roof, it leaked so badly that it totally destroyed my ceiling and wood floors in my dining room.
