I am very happy with my new roof from Quick Roofing. My roof had a lot of damage which was all repaired for the price agreed on which was very reasonable. The decking around my fireplace chimney was rotted due to the original builder nailing shingles through the flashing and many other places were rotted. All that decking was replaced. Synthetic underlayment was used on my entire roof and ice and water shield was used around the chimney and all vents along with the valleys. The roofers did a great job. On time,Courteous, and focused. The clean up was great, you never knew they were there the day before. Brent the Sales Manager is polite and explained everything! Quick Roofing was referred to me and I'm happy to say after my experience , I'd refer them to anyone.Before going with any roofer do your homework and get lots of estimates. Read the estimates carefully, compare everything, from shingles to vents to labor. I got seven estimates before choosing Quick Roofing. I didn't go with the cheapest roofer, I went with who provided a good price for quality products and warranty. Quick Roofing, Jay Coleman and his crew are absolutely amazing and awesome. Their customer service by far exceeded all of our expectations. From the original call about our roof leaking, to the roof inspection, their explaining in detail the roof replacement process, materials used, and logistics, through to an accurate completion time, which was down to the hour, was very impressive and comforting to know everything was being done in a way which exceeded the standard protocols for roofing installations. His company is very professional and pays attention to every little detail. They were prompt and delivered before the original promised completion of 2 days. Quick Roofing was referred to me by word of mouth, the best reference possible. I called to set up the appointment and spoke to Bradley B. .Bradley was on time and to the point, he answered all my questions and took all the measurements.The next day he emailed me the estimate, I asked when he could start, it was Thursday and he said that they could start on Monday, then I asked him how long it would take.Bradley said they would start at 7:00am and finish at 5:00 or so, I left the house at 6:30am and returned at 6:00pm the roof was done and everything was cleaned up, spotless.I did stop by on my lunch break and they were very busy, guys on the roof and cleaning crew on the ground.Straight forward estimate no surprises. Bradley B from Quick Roofing came by one day and requested to check out our roof. After his review, he found extensive damage as well as a hole in the roof letting water in. He quickly put a temporary patch over it and explained to me the entire process on how we can get our roof fixed. We were able to get our roof replaced as well as our dry wall inside our house fixed. Bradley went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure that not only that I was comfortable with the work but that the finished product was 10/10. I highly recommend speaking with Bradley B if you are looking to get any roof repair done.

We experienced a lot of roof damage when a strong line of storms and an EF1 tornado came through the area in January. I called Bradley B at Quick Roofing on the recommendation of a friend. He immediately went to work handling the most difficult part of the process of dealing with the insurance company. He got the new roof approved with our insurance carrier. His materials and crew showed up on time and completed the job in one day. There was some damage to a rain gutter which he promptly had replaced the next day. The roof looks terrific.

Great experience work with Quick Roofing Houston . Bradley B such a patient and professional guy. Easy communicate and reply fast. He explained all details and helped me about an hour when signing the contract. We scheduled to change the roof on Friday. In the morning he called me that it probably would rain that day and wanted to move to Saturday to make sure everything perfectly. And His guys came in Saturday morning and finished before 4:30pm. Clean! Fast! Responsible! Reasonable price! Love this company and certainly will come back if we need . They Upgraded to synthetic felt from standard 15# felt. Upgrade shingle from Owens Corning. Teak is the color-not an upgrade on color just saying. Upgraded shingles to Owens Corning. The TRUPROtection 20 year workmanship warranty is transferable and makes your house easier to sell if you need to. Absolutely recommended.

DO NOT engage this company! Very unprofessional and leave me hanging after i initiated my insurance claim!!!I contacted Brandon (recommended by a neighbor) in Sep 2020 to ask him about roof replacement. After multiple calls, he finally picked up my phone but told me he is transferred to another region and asked Patrick to contact me.Patrick contacted me in Oct 2020, came out and inspect my property in same month. He told me my roof need to be replaced and asked me to start the insurance claim by calling my insurance company. I did that and insurance company provide me a date and time to send an adjuster to come for inspection. I told Patrick that and he promised to come out but DID NOT and reason was his truck has problem.The adjuster came, inspected my property and the insurance provided my claim details and amount. I forwarded the detail information to Patrick and he told me it looks low and will contact the adjuster and work with him. After over a month plus and multiple texts and calls, Patrick keeps saying he is in contact with the claim agent. I finally called the claim agent myself and was told no contractor has call him regarding my claim! I was surprised and upset as it has been over a month! I texted Patrick again and asked him what’s going on and I told him the agent needs an assessment from him so he can reassess the claim! But after multiple texts and calls, nothing was done. I finally give up on him after Dec 14 and find another roofing company to help me.DO NOT use this company if you want a smooth roof replacement process!!

Very happy with Quick Roofing overall, we had an old flat roof and water would get stuck in the flat surfaces, they were able to help address this issues by replacing the roof and creating a slight elevation so the water wouldn’t get stuck anymore while still maintaining the flat look that had before.
