A big hats off to Logan and R & S Roofing. Logan was with us every step of the way. Answered any questions we had and was a big help picking out the color of shingles! Our insurance came through nicely. Installation was right on, very efficiently done and the clean up was superb. Logan was there that day, and stayed after the crew left making sure all was cleaned up. We even got a drone picture of our new roof! We are very happy customers and would highly recommend Logan and R&S Roofing!

Logan came to chat with me about our roof and really took the time to get to know me and our situation which made me feel comfortable letting him inspect the roof. I felt like Logan really had our best interest at heart and made sure I knew about the timeline that I needed to file my claim for approval. The whole experience was great. Logan helped me file a claim and provided the details I didn’t have about the storm and even came out to meet the insurance adjuster. Everything went smooth, exactly as he said it would. I feel like he helped us get the claim approved quicker by making sure everything was seen by the adjuster in the beginning. They were really great to work with us on payment options since we just had a death in the family, and also made sure we were 100% satisfied before they left after installing the roof. Logan also called a week later to check and make sure we were still satisfied. I’m so glad he came by to chat with me and that I now have a beautiful and sturdy new roof on my house. I recommend this R&S Roofing to everyone.

Excellent work. Handled the insurance claim and had my roof and gutters replaced in one day. His subcontractor did a beautiful job with the interior work. Remington walked us through each step of the process. Very pleased with R and S. Definitely recommended to anyone that needs a new roof.

Everyone dreads replacing a roof and unfortunately, our time had come.Joe was super helpful throughout the whole process and we're really satisfied with the final product. Big emphasis on communication! Never felt like we were dragging information out of him or needing constant updates. He let us know not to be alarmed if the crew showed up before 7am...they did...and proceeded to replace the entire roof, clean, and reorganize everything before 4pm. Suffice to say, efficiency and quality is a BIG priority. Thanks again!

Our project manager, Chris Smith’s attention to detail and knowledge was invaluable to us. Chris was a pleasure to work with and kept us posted during the entire process. We truly appreciated him helping us file the insurance claim and turned what we thought would be a nightmare in dealing with our homeowner’s insurance into a painless process. He also met with our adjuster to highlight all the damage they found, provided shingle samples for us to choose and was there to the completion of the project ensuring it was done properly.  Our roof installation was so efficient and quick (1 day), and they cleaned up efficiently throughout the process. We noticed what a nice job R&S roofing was doing and how well they were cleaning up at a home near us. We approached Joseph Taha and asked him to come please talk to us to replace our roof after hail damage.Joseph was so easy and amazing to work with. He was always accessible and on top of everything. Remington and his company did a fantastic job both in replacing my roof and painting the exterior of my house. Both groups of workers were professional and polite. They cleaned up after the work and didn't leave a mess. While the roofers were very quick and efficient (1 day, unbelievable) the painting took a little longer than expected but that was due to some unforeseen circumstances, so totally acceptable. (took 4 days instead of 2) not a big deal! I appreciated the follow-up Remington did at multiple stages while his workers did their job, asked if I had any questions and was quick to reply when I did. All-in-all I would highly recommend Remington and his crews for any work you may need.

The actual roof installation isn't something I can personally evaluate. I mean, I'm not gonna risk my life by climbing up and examining every square inch. All I know is it's brand new, looks great, and functions well in the rain.The MAIN reason I recommend R&S is their ability to represent us to our own insurance company. We had a serious hail storm, and nearly 90% of homes in our area had their roofs replaced. But our insurance company denied us. It took R&S a few months, but they prevailed.

Amazing Experience! Originally was just looking for roof replacement pricing because I knew I had to replace my roof in the next year or two. Remington, the owner, did a free inspection and was able to get my home insurance to pay for the roof replacement! Joseph and Neko took really good care of us after our roof was damaged by hail! They dealt with the insurance company on our behalf and answered all of our questions. They made sure to be there when the insurance adjuster came and even argued with the adjuster when he said the shed roof was not damaged! Our new roof is scheduled to be done just two days after they met with the adjuster. Thank you Joseph and Neko for taking such good care of us and making this stressful situation go smoothly!

TLDR: I had my roof replaced 2 years ago by a different contractor. I wish I would have known Remington back then.Long story short when it came time to sell my home Remington resolved the inspectors hits on what the previous contractor left.Remington’s professionalism had the ability to put me at easy with “I have you covered.” Was an amazing blessing at just the right time.I will hire him again, and recommend him to family and friends.

Remington and his team did a beautiful job on the new roof and added an attic fan on the roof to help keep the heat out of the attic. What a difference that has made!!! The company used high-end quality shingles with a fantastic warranty and the workmanship was exceptional.
