We needed our roof replaced due to storm damage. Royal roofing was quick to respond to our questions and performed an inspection and worked with our insurance company to have the roof replaced within a week. Royal Roofing and Remodeling (RR&R) did a full roof shingle replacement and gutter installation on my home. They were very organized, ensured a mess free yard during demo and had great quality of installation underpinned by great communications throughout the entire process. The most important role of RR&R was advocating for me with State Farm who rejected my hail claim multiple times. RR&R persevered over multiple months with State Farm bureaucracy and gave me the guidance that ultimately resulted in a State Farm full reimbursement (ex. deductible).
