I needed a roof replacement done for my mothers house in Austin, Texas and reached out to Secrist Roofing since they had so many good reviews online.The situation was sensitive since we had a recent loss in the family so from the beginning Trevor handled the situation with my mother with care. He explained the process from beginning to end to both of us as I was remote in Houston and gave us a fair estimate and scheduled us at a time that was best suited for us.His team worked diligently with our insurance carrier and helped put us at ease with the entire process which can feel like a headache since my mom was unfamiliar with the process.We appreciate all his work and understanding. I worked with Jerry and Trevor (but mainly Jerry) and they were very informational and professional to work with. They dealt with the the insurance company on our behalf which we greatly appreciated. Jerry's communication was on point for keeping me informed on the progress of the insurance claim which was great because I have never made a insurance claim myself. The first claim was denied due to some miscommunication with the inspector, but Jerry and Trevor were very persistent tor rectify the claim and they were successful. After a lot of dedication and commitment by Jerry and Trevor, we got a new roof and they put it up in a day! If you are looking for a new roof, I would highly recommend Jerry and Trevor!

I'm so glad I met Nathan and Trevor from Secrist Roofing. Nathan did a great job fixing my leaky roof last year when he was with another company. He was very reasonable and professional. This year, he came back to check on my roof after the hailstorm in April and told me he had joined Secrist Roofing. That's how I got to know Trevor, the owner of Secrist Roofing. He was the most thorough roofer I've ever seen. He inspected every inch of my roof and marked all the damages, big and small, even on the gutter. He showed me clear photos of the damages(he even went up twice in order to show me more clear photos) and explained how bad they were and how likely I was to get approved by my insurance. (This was very important to me because one of my friends had a bad experience with another roofer who exaggerated his damages and got rejected by his insurance. He had a hard time renewing his insurance because of that.) Trevor also noticed that I left my fence door open and came back to close it for me (which was very nice of him because I have a pool). He really paid attention to every detail and made me trust him. The roof replacement went smoothly and I haven't had any problems since then. I recommended Trevor to my neighbors and two of them got their roofs replaced by him too. The Great Excellent Superior service and quality of workmanship of the new roof that I got done from Secrist Roofing has been AWESOME!!! Secrist Roofing did all the calls, paperwork, scheduling, claims, inspections, and were very flexible with my work schedule as well. Very honest people and used the highest quality of material and has a great long warranty as well. Completed new roof in one day only. Cleaned up everything including all nails afterwards everywhere around the yard. And very responsive to any questions before and after the work had been done too. I have confidently referred Secrist Roofing to many of my closest family and friends and all have been absolutely very happy and satisfied with their roof work as well! Secrist Roofing is the best to work with. They go way out of their way to help with the whole process from start (insurance companies and inspectors) to installing the new roof. They use the best roofing products as well. My roof was completely installed by 3:00pm. I highly recommend them and would not use anyone else.
