My 1st time to have to replace a roof (due to a crazy Hail Storm). Chris Greenway and his entire crew were over and above excellent. Met with my Insurance Adjustor, informative, educational and communication throughout the entire process was great. Chris provided some addresses so I could see the Roof/Shingle colors on an actual house. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS as the colors on the Brochure and when on a House are totally different. I appreciated the Drone photos and being kept up to date through out the process. The Clean up afterwards was top notch. The eye for little details including moving my bird feeder poles back exactly where they were before, WOW! Detail and Customer Service oriented. Thank you Chris and Strata. I have already recommended you to several neighbors.

My husband and I have never dealt with a contractor as easy and professional as Strata Roofing. I had personal contact information for just about everyone dealing with our case. Our first interaction was with Rio, and he spent time with both my husband and I explaining everything, from A to Z, and did not rush or try to sell us more. He was straight forward, told us what we needed and did not need. He was available at all times, even the weekends. It was a 3 day project(roof and gutter replacement) and each day we had a supervisor(Frank) on site making sure the crew was cleaning and spoke with our neighbors, let them know that they would be replacing our roof and apologized for the noise. Frank would get here before the crew started(6:45am) and would leave after they finished for the night. Any questions I had I would take them to him, he had answers and suggestions for everything, even things that didn’t have to do with our roof, he was great! The first day, all the superior people of the company came and made sure all the material arrived and the crew had everything they needed. I was amazed at how much work went into getting this project done, including an 18 wheeler delivering our material. It was a big project and they made everything seem so easy. We love our new roof and gutters and are so thankful we picked Strata as our contractor. They’ve now become life long contacts. We selected Stata because of their overwhelmingly positive reviews, and they did not disappoint.First, ask for Frank! Unlike other on-site managers who just make the rounds and check in, Frank devotes a significant amount of time on-site. He was knowledgeable and reassuring when it comes to informing the homeowner, plus he is nice to talk to and will give you great BBQ advice. Once we decided to go with Strata, the re-roof happened swiftly. The owner, Christian, gave excellent advice on material options and color selections for our house. He worked with our insurance, and it became hands-off for us as he negotiated adjustments needed to address the roof and damage to the soffit unseen prior to the tear-off. During construction, he introduced us to a masonry contractor for repairing our entryway bricks who also did phenomenal work, swiftly, and at a reasonable price. Strata used high-quality materials, safely executed the process (with no workplace incidents) and provided a thorough cleanup. Just today I was cleaning out debris from plant beds after the freeze and found only ONE roofing nail. Care was taken to minimize the impact on the considerable number of plants around the home. They collaborated with us to install our low-pitch entry with a commercial-style gutter system. NO MORE OVERFLOW. Integrated chimney cap restoration with the roof work happened, and no complaints all around. Finally, they installed, three high-quality, solar ventilation fans, at Strata’s suggestion – these have noticeably lowered my attic temperatures and I highly recommend them in general. My wife and I are seniors and old enough to know that you truly do get what you pay for and that's why we had Strata replace our roof last week. They weren't the cheapest but the customer service was superior right from the start and Dave was onsite far more than we expected. The new roof is awesome, the work top notch and flawlessly done in two days. They hand hammered each and every nail rather than drive them right through the new shingle with air or electric tools and the cleanup after they finished was incredible. Brian Meyers and staff at Strata Roofing and Construction did a fantastic job replacing my roof after a recent hail storm. The job was professionally done in every respect. They have the best qualified people I have ever had work on my house. Brian was completely honest and forthright in every respect unlike all of the other roofing companies I met with and dismissed. We used Strata to have our roof replaced after an insurance claim for storm damage. Mr. MacDonald was extremely helpful guiding us through the process from beginning to end even dropping off samples in the evening for us to look at on multiple occasions. The installation crew was very respectful of our property and went out of their way to not cause any damage to other parts of our house or patio. It took two days to do the whole installation and both days they took the time to pick up trash and nails. We could not recommend them enough and even recommended them to both my parents and my wife’s parents. Strata Roofing replaced 2 roofs on 2 pool buildings for our community association. Rio Walling spent an hour going over our roofs and then sent a 38 page inspection report and quote in a timely manner. They completed the roof replacement, a double door replacement, gutters and gutter guards. They had a supervisor on the jobsite every day all day.The job site was left spotless every night. If there were questions, then Strata was called and we received an answer promptly. Even our pool company stated that the pool was kept clean of nails. The pool company even took Strata's business cards to pass to other associations that they work for. A professional company that provides excellent results!

In 2013 a hailstorm damaged the roof of the home we had just purchased and moved into. I was so fortunate Bryan Meyers was Refered to me by my neighbor. He promised to replace my roof and stand by his work. In 2019, we realized there was a leak developed from the chimney area. I called Bryan, and he had a team of his excellent roofers there the next morning. They inspected from the attic and found the problem, and fixed it! They also noted a problem with the caulking between the chimney and the house. You could see daylight between them! Couldn't have been happier with Bryan and Strata Roofing! I first dealt with Bryan and Strata roofing as the third roofing company (of 3 total) that I hired in attempts to fix a very tough to trouble shoot, pesky, recurring minor roof leak. After spending a ton of money performing unnecessary repairs with the prior 2 companies who where unable to locate and fix the problem, Strata found the issue and fixed it for a fraction of the price in a timely manner (even on my very steep/tall 3 story town home roof). Later, I had to bring the roof up to spec prior to selling the property and again Strata roofing came through to get the job done right, quickly (prior to the end of the option period after a home inspection), and for an excellent price. Thanks again guys!

I've called to motivate them to get my quote moving, however, I'm done trying to convince this company to take my money. I am a single woman with a disability when Hurricane Zeta hit my home I was devastated. My first thought was, where would I find a company to help me and not take advantage of my situation. It was a frenzy everyone needed roofs or some sort of repair. The quotes I was getting were higher than my neighbors. I called a local Insurance Company for references and they gave me Strata Roofing. I placed a call and was soon met by JD Hill and Joe Miesch. They both were very professional with exceptional Customer Service. JD immediately went to work for me. He has helped me with my Insurance Company as well as Fema. He has reached out to me to see if I needed anything and has kept in touch with me through this very long process. All I can say is that God does answer prayers. JD has shown me that kind people do exist.

Exceptional experience. Rio lead the charge with my insurance company which took all of my worries away. The job was done right, the inspections were all complete, the insurance company paid on time. Can’t say enough about my experience. This was an office building with two companies being affected, the disruption to day to day business was minimal, with Strata doing a lot of work in the evening hours to accommodate our needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Working with Strata was the best thing that came out of Hurricane Harvey. We took a big hit here in Rockport but working with Rio really took the sting out of the storm.

Squirrels at ate through the flashing (that was a surprise) and then a big rain happened, thus showing us where the roof was leaking. Strata came out quickly. Showed them the leaks, but they went the extra mile to review all sources of a leak and flashing issues - even took pictures! I used Strata Roofing & Construction for a commercial TPO reroofing. If you have an older building, I would recommend taking your money elsewhere. They are great if the TPO is installed correctly. I do give them credit for helping us patch the first holes on our roof made by vulture for free. However, if you continue to have leaks during a different time and even paid for several additional small repairs, stating the issue is coming from an air conditioning unit, no workmanship warranty will be honored and you will be constantly going back and forth.

RIO WALLING SALES MANAGER.WOW I can not praise him enough. They put on our new roof last year. When the storm came thru I assumed the leak on our up stairs was from damage done by storm. I called and Rio came out on time looked and found a huge squirrel hole in a corner where the water came in. He sent his guy up and put metal flashing and caulked it then proceed to caulk some lifted panels around it. I have now hired them to replace skidding and fix squirrel hole. He was so nice he did not leave me with a problem hire these people...I can not say it loud enough.
