Superb service! I reached out to Miguel through a recommendation and I am just impressed. He was professional , very responsive, transparent and the work quality is wonderful. The speed of work was also great. Our home suffered extensive water damage and we had to go through a mitigation process using a different company, we moved out to an hotel for well over a month. Because we were already tired of living outside of our comfort zone, Miguel made sure to finish the work on time, even volunteering to pick up materials on his own time. Miguel and his team were life savers to me during the February freeze. When NO plumber would take my call due to the overwhelming number of homes with burst pipes, Miguel came out the same day and stopped the leak. He has been back to repair the drywall and paint my water closet a beautiful shade of purple (my choice 💜).The work done was very professional, affordable and didn't take days/weeks to complete. This time was bathroom remodeling and I’m more than happy with my new guess bathroom, it’s gorgeous and very modern.They went above and beyond my expectations and the results are great. I cannot trust the reviews for them. I have started receiving emails that they will pay $20 for a 5 star review. This practice is deceptive and unethical. Do not use this service. They are paying for the review.Follow up to response:You are correct, we have requested service through your company. We were actually about to request another quote when we saw that email. You say it is a system error? How so? It is unethical to pay for reviews and is a breach of Google Terms and Conditions. This erodes consumer trust and prevents fair reviews. These type of actions prevents us from wanting to go forward with your company as the reviews could be unfairly made to receive compensation.

We have recently used The Frog for new roof. Miguel was professional from the first meeting. He even came out to walk with the insurance inspector when the inspector was at our house. I used Frog Building & Care to extend my side fences and install 2 dog doors. Miguel managed the team and they did an amazing job! They installed the backyard fences exactly where I asked them to, making adjustments for my slanted yard, and working after dark in order to finish it. They removed my old fence posts/slats and everything was left clean and the fence looks incredible. They also installed a dog door into the house, measured so that it was perfectly centered and installed a “through the wall” dog door, which involves cutting through Sheetrock, framing and brick. It was done perfectly and looks great! They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, priced fairly and were great to work with!

Miguel and his workers did a wonderful job for our bathroom renovation and rear patio kitchen/flooring. Some issues arose during the tiling of the bathroom and Miguel not only corrected the problem at his own expense but assured we were happy with the final result. We had a VORTENS toilet tank crack one night which led to ruining baseboards and carpeted areas in 2 bedrooms. Miguel was very professional, communicative and easy to talk to. I ran multiple questions by him such as "What if we...." and he was courteous through the whole process. I also changed my mind on a couple of things and it was never received as a problem or hassle.. I was overwhelmed when this happened and I'm thankful I found him. I also received multiple bids on carpet replacement and his was the best price. The carpet is way better than I expected and better than our other rooms. The baseboards are flawless. I call Frog first for anything we need... they turned our dining room into an office for a great price, so we called them back to change the old carpet in the master and replacing it with laminate... and then when we got a big pergola for the backyard, it ended up being a bit much for us and they came and put it together perfectly.
