DD put a new roof on my house in 2017. I’ve had some issues with the company, including needing repairs to a leak that has been over my garage. It’s taken about 3 visits and yet again today, April 12, 2020, after the big storm we had the roof is still leaking. This is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I called them earlier this week to see about them fixing my roof as it seemed the leak was fixed but I’m glad they didn’t get back to me so I could confirm that it wasn’t yet fixed. They haven’t gotten their $hit together yet and after this long, I don’t foresee it happening. Time to contact BBB.

Our roof was replaced 3 yrs ago by Dwelling Doctors with 30 yr. shingle warranty. This year in April 2021 we had some shingles and flashing get blown off in a storm that cam through. I've tried numerous times, six to be exact, calling them to let them know that I need them to come out and look at the damages and fix because I'm getting ready to put my home on the market.. Each time they tell me they'll get someone out to look at it and to this day I haven't seen their crew. Now they have their phone off services and they don't pick up or answer my calls.As a real estate professional in the industry I'm very diligent about doing my due diligence on industry tradesman that I use and recommend to my clients. The way Dwelling Doctors has handled my calls & situation I'm not impress or will be recommending. My next step is to file a BBB complaint to let consumers know that if they choose this roofing company to do there work they better be prepared to get their calls/emails ignored when a problem arises. We contracted with Dwelling Doctors to add on to our patio and build a retaining wall. They never completed the work, poured concrete over our sprinklers and never re-ran the lines as stated in the contract, and ghosted us when we tried to have them come back and complete their work.

Anthony and Lanie made sure our experience was one of the best. Communication was excellent and all our questions and concerns were addressed promptly and with concern for us. The roofing crew did an excellent job, were courteous and made sure to leave the property as they found it. We would strongly recommend this company.

Lawrence Watts was my sales representative who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of responsibly. I referred him both my son's and daughter's roof installations along with mine. I know he personally had no say in the cost of the jobs, but I know now that the company actually overcharged us by thousands of dollars. I wish I had gone with another roof company.I need to apologize to DD for my previous post. After hearing both sides of the story, I feel that I jumped to a conclusion which was not an accurate one. I am truly sorry for that.
