We just had our roof replaced by JSM Roofing & Construction. We could not be more pleased with the whole process of working with Scott (owner). He professionally completed all that was stated on our insurance estimate. Before beginning he went over all the details of what would be done and communicated with us throughout the whole process. His crew showed up on time and worked all day to finish the project. They were thorough from start to finish, including clean up. I was very pleased that Scott checked on the job throughout the day, something that many other contractors do not do. Scott is honest, personable and easy to work with. Highly recommend his company.

Professional courtesy, local company, great follow up and high quality along with caring about the details are things that come to mind when I reflect on my experience(s) with JSM Roofing.Just a little over 10 years ago JSM Roofing installed a new roof and gutter system on our home due to large amounts of storm and hail damage.Over the last 10 years or so we have not run into a single issue with our roof, until very recently.A couple weeks ago (roughly) we had a major storm come through our area again which, brought with it tennis and racket ball size hail, destroying two vehicles parked outside. One of the vehicles (2018 family sedan) was a total loss.I mention the vehicles so anyone interested may be able to imagine the horrific damage the roof and gutters were slammed with.*Our insurance adjuster actually said that it was the most damaged roof he has seen.That being said we are not missing one single shingle off this roof. After the initial storm and hail damage we have been experiencing heavy rains off and on and, have had one small leak appear in a valley about 5 feet away from the soffit, due to a catastrophic size hail stone which split the shingle and further damaged the substructure behind/underneath.After noticing water inside the front porch where brick meets the slab we called JSM Roofing out to patch. The tech arrived just an hour or two after we contacted the company and the rain had stopped long enough for the tech to climb up and make the repair. They are local. Not an out of Towner!Furthermore, the technician on site went ahead and checked “all” the valleys and applied patch compound in various areas in order to eliminate any chance of water entry while things are scheduled and in process for the new roof and gutter install. Extremely great, priority service!Suffice it to say that we know “we once had” a quality roof installed by this company. We also know that when you find a good quality company like JSM Roofing that it generally pays to stick with them.So the bottom line is this. It’s round II and based on our experience(s) with this local company; once again we chose JSM Roofing to install our next/second roof and gutter system!!
