We received estimates from 6 different companies. We thought Legacy Exteriors offered the most and best window & door options to suit our needs at a reasonable price. Matt suggested various options and explained the installation process as we had many questions. We think this might be the first time we actually got what was promised from a contractor and more!!! We just can’t say enough wonderful things regarding Chris and his crew! They were punctual, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They took pride and satisfaction in their quality of work. Matt is very knowledgeable about the different products offered and helped us select the right window for our budget and what we wanted to accomplish with replacement windows. In short, I highly recommend these folks. We had Legacy replace 16 windows and our back door. From project start to finish, everything was perfect. Sales call, Ordering, Scheduling, Installation, Quality of workmanship, and follow-ups. Matt and his crew were great to work with.This was our third round of window installations. Our first vendor was Home Depot and there were schedule delays and lack of communication. Install was okay. Our second round was with Allied Siding. They were a disaster in most aspects. We should’ve done this years ago!We got estimates from 4 different companies and thought Legacy had the best windows at the best price for us. We didn’t need the most expensive; we just needed something that was installed correctly, worked properly, insulated for TX heat and cold, easy to clean, and beautiful inside and out to compliment our style of home. Right? What everyone wants!We got it!!! Matt delivered!Chris and his crew were amazing! Every member knew their job for the day and did it with pride! Legacy came out to give a a bid. They did the presentation in about an hour. There was no pressure to sell. They were our 2nd bid. We got another one, too.Their bid was a little higher than another installer, but they included moving all out furniture and window dressings and also putting everything back.The Legacy crew were professionals. They mentioned that they worked together for many years. It was obvious because the were very meticulous and worked in sync. They cleaned up after the job was complete.Gary Sorrell, the owner, was always available for my inquiries. We bought the windows in about October and they were installed in April because of supply chain issues. Gary kept us up to date and always quickly responded if I had a question. Best upgrade ever for our home! Energy bills and noise levels have noticeably decreased; and, the appearance and security of our home is much improved. We had 2 crews install 20 of the Triple-pane windows in less than 6 hours. All questions asked were answered completely in detail. Everyone in the crews was professional and courteous. Matt was great with explaining all of our options, scheduling the job, and after-install follow-up. Highly recommend Legacy. Our house is 20 years old with typical white aluminum grid builder's windows. I did alot of research on window types and companies. Matt was very knowledgeable answering all questions. Took a picture of our house to show what a new front door would look like. Our 23 windows and front door were measured twice to ensure they fit perfectly. The Legacy installation crews were polite, efficient, and meticulous. Numerous compliments from neighbors. Windows keep the heat down and let light in making the house much brighter inside. Matt kept in touch through the whole project and was very easy to deal with. I have never been so happy to write a big check.Update 6.15.20: We had Legacy replace the remainder of our old windows. Had some challenges for them in the kitchen and bathroom and they came through. Windows look great inside and out. Rooms were left cleaner than when they came!

I highly recommend LEGACY EXTERIORS. Matt Halley, the owner, is very knowledgeable and well established in the business. His crews are highly skilled, seasoned veterans. I had new windows, a new patio door, siding and gutters installed plus a new deck and fence. Matt personally oversaw every facet of each job and has an uncanny eye for detail. I’m very pleased with all the work. If I had tried to hire workers to do these various jobs, I’m certain I wouldn’t have been able to find the quality of craftsmen that Legacy has, and I was impressed with the way Matt looked out for my best interest. He tended to business and made sure all the work was done correctly much better than I could have. He is very honest, very responsible, thoughtful and reliable. I believe using Legacy will provide you the highest quality workmanship as well as ensuring you get the most bang for your buck! I will hire them again for any future needs that may arise.

We'd checked out several companies but had reservations based on either the quality of their product or the customer service. From the initial appointment Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. Another reputable competitor had convinced us that we needed a more expensive window for our home but Matt was so honest and explained why our particular needs did not require the higher priced glass. This is a first class business. Matt (the owner) was personally involved in my project from start to finish. The project involved replacing all exterior glass in a small house in Grapevine, which included 3 windows and one large custom sliding glass door. Though my project was relatively small in comparison to many whole-house window replacement projects, I was impressed with Matt's frequent communication and personal attention to ensure a quality result.Matt provided all the information and advice I needed to make the best decision about which manufacturer and product line to choose, along with a "no nonsense" estimate. First let me say that this company is one of the best out there for Windows! I originally was referred to another company by my realtor but sadly never heard from them. It was then I came across Legacy Exterior where its says "others also view" section. I read all the reviews from others homeowners and I was intrigued by the following keywords that stood out to me such great service, professional and fair price; I decided to call and spoke with Matt who came out to meet with with us.Matt was personable, yet professional and he took his time to go over the samples. I had these guys out to install windows and doors and it was a wonderful experience!The crew was very professional and polite.The products are top notch and it was a painless experience.I had a problem with one of the doors. The glass insert was installed crooked from the factory.My wife saw it and I was like "are you kidding? There is no way these guys are going to come out and fix something like this"I called and although it was not an installation issue, they came out immediately and straightened it.We live out in the country and this was a 60 mile drive. They didn't hesitate to come out and make it right.I have referred them to a friend and he had the same fantastic experience.I don"t ever rate something at the top of the scale. Until now!!!!!

I purchased a property with a mobile home on it. I wanted windows that can open! NOBODY else would give me a quote (apparently mobile home owners are 2nd class citizens to some businesses).
