We are so thankful that we selected Signature Homes for our recent kitchen remodel. Rob, Robin, and their team did an amazing job! Rob’s design for our kitchen was very thoughtful. He completely changed our original layout to a new design that feels so much more spacious and useful. Robin did an incredible job helping us select the best materials by understanding our preferences, but also by using her experience and knowledge to suggest some great items that we were not initially considering. And, Austin, our project manager, was a great communicator and we really looked forward to seeing him and talking with him each day as he guided us through the construction. This team really cared about us and about our home. Throughout the project, they took care of our house like it was their own. A couple of examples of this include the plastic dust barrier that they installed between our kitchen and living room, the protective sheets they placed on our deck, and the wood they placed under the dumpster to prevent it from scratching our driveway. At one point, when we had some construction dust in our dining room and hallway, both Austin and Rob took it upon themselves to personally clean it. I want to leave a huge shout out for Rob, Robin, Kelly, Melissa, Austin, Jordan, Will, Jacob and David for helping me save part of my home during the recent Winter Storm. We had significant flooding due to two burst pipes and I was at a loss of where to go and who to trust to repair our home. My neighbor recommended Signature Home Services. They had completed quite a bit of work for her and she was extremely pleased with them. So, I called them.Melissa answered the phone and reassured me that I had come to the right place for help. The next day Austin and his team were out assessing the damage which was quite a bit for us, having never experienced anything like that before. Austin called Rob and asked him to join him on the assessment. Rob stopped by within the hour. They began mitigation efforts that day which was incredibly impressive considering the storm was still in full swing. Their mitigation efforts didn't stop with day one. They continued to work on the property until they felt the damage was under control. The team was respectful, easy to work with and went above and beyond to help us.Rob took time to meet with our adjuster which reassured us that we were in good hands. Rob has stopped by our home several times to check the property and take moisture readings and continues to reassure us that we are on track. This team of folks is truly amazing when you consider how many homes were damaged during the historic winter storm.We feel incredibly blessed that our neighbor recommended Signature Home Services to us. It has been a little over a year now since we completed our kitchen, breakfast room and laundry room remodel with Signature Home Services. Not only does it look wonderful but it is extremely functional! Our living experience has completely changed and since we have been in the house nonstop due to Covid, that has been such a gift. Our kitchen was completely gutted and remodeled not only changing the configuration but the look as well. It was so helpful to be able to see the renderings of the new space before construction. Rob used our input to come up with the initial drawings and then we worked together to finalize the design. I can't think of a thing that I would change after a year of use. Austin, the project manager, was extremely responsive and both he and Jordan were a joy to work with. Having a detailed contract along with project specifications meant there were no surprises and everyone had a reference to work from which made life during construction easier. Followup after the job was completed to see how things were going has also been refreshing. So glad we did the remodel and used Signature Home Services.Service: Remodeling

I had the screening and door replaced on my outdoor porch. Kelly was prompt and professional in getting me set up to get a quote, followed through with the proposal in writing. The team at Signature Home Services were tasked with a big job. I have an older home and we don’t think the hvac ducts had ever been cleaned. They did a phenomenal job! They went above and beyond by taking care of things we didn’t expect. We also had our dryer vent cleaned while they were there. Wow! The difference that made is huge. Thanks to the SHS team our towels dry faster and the fan on our outdoor unit isn’t running as often. Thank you!!

Andres the handyman did an amazing job removing two old rotted posts and installing two new posts on my front porch. He arrived on time, was very professional, kept the work area clean, worked diligently and has great workmanship. I will definitely use him again. The price was also very affordable. Contacted SHS after their closing hour of 5pm and was gratefully greeted by Melissa. She was absolutely amazing, professional and extremely knowledgeable when it came to answering all my questions about getting my home remodeled after the Ice Storm pipe bust. I wish that I could say better and could not let go of the thought to leave a review here. I read much on this company's website, very pleased with the promises of integrity and certifications. However, we ultimately did not receive service from this company, as we needed repair work done to our walk-in shower. After filling out all of the info online for a consultation for handyman work and receiving confirmation that someone would call later, I also received an email from Ms. Robin with an expensive remodel suggestion along with assurance to contact at a more specified time the following day. I replied, reminding her that we only needed a handyman job to repair and replace the shower pan with a tile floor; not to change the size of the entire shower. What became very confusing was her next reply email of her asking whether we still wanted the first consultation call or not, while still receiving automated emails from the website that allowed us to schedule a time for a call. I became a bit confused by this, and was ultimately left with the final impression that this is a remodel and interior design company only; not mainly a construction repair company. While others have had great success, we chose another contact. We were never called or given any chance for an estimate for service. Perhaps there were miscommunications at the start, but we are very happy to get help from other very experienced contractors and now do not wish to attempt this company again.******UPDATE****** Correct and my apologies. I did not see that it was a video call in which the potential client is required to dial in. I had expected a simple phone call from the service itself, and when no one called me, I assumed there was no attempt to contact. It might be more helpful if the business itself were to be the one to reach out after a customer has already contacted through the site. Either way, I'm sorry it was misunderstood.

Thank you Signature Home services for coming out and Finding my water break during the storm. Since it was in my fire suppression system you showed how to turn that off and turned my water back on. You then checked all the plumbing to make sure everything was working correctly. I’m never disappointed with your attention to detail. Thanks again.

Con artists.Charged me $5500 deposit for design work they never performed so I requested my deposit back. Robin asked if they could hold on to my check as a credit towards for any home repairs I may need from them. I agreed, and they performed two home repairs I had requested at a quoted cost of less than $2k. When I later asked for a statement of my account they said my balance was $0, they had changed their mind and decided to keep the entire $5500. Wow. Remodel of our master bath could not have gone better. All personnel were professional and were great at their respective trades. We have known Rob and Robin for many years and knew it would be a huge success. They remodeled our kitchen several years ago. Our biggest concenn with any contractor is service after the project is done and we knew Signature would be there after completion as well.We will definitely use them on the next project.

They have done a couple of jobs for us and are doing a couple more next week. They are our “go to“ for chores around the house. From paint to repair to maintenance. It is good not to have to research and worry about pricing and quality. I used to be a Realtor, I worked for a builder, and a hardware store. So I am “better than average” when it comes to knowing if repairs are done right and these people especially Jordon are the real deal.
