Our remodeling and restoration experience with WTR was very favorable. WTR provided a detailed Estimate which described all the work flows and tasks the contractor was planning to perform. The Estimate also clarified the roles of its subcontractors and our roles as the Owner. Brent and the team the suggested numerous ways of reducing the cost and improving the quality of the end product with a strong focus on cost containment and reduction. Several tasks and the associated costs were reengineered or deleted by mutual agreement to produce a faster, better outcome.There are always unexpected problems which are uncovered in restoration and remodeling. WTR was creative and flexible when problems were encountered and sought to do the right thing for the Owner, keep the work quality at a high professional level and to minimize cost increases.The remodeling project was completed on schedule in three months with minimal Change Orders.We would recommend WTR as a reliable and cost sensitive remodeling company to a friend and would personally use WTR again in the future for another substantial remodeling project.

West Texas Restoration did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. The owners Brent & Jennifer were quick to respond. Came out the next day to measure our bathroom. We received an estimate very timely. They scheduled our remodel for a time that worked for us. Their crew was professional & exhibited fine workmanship. We love our remodel. Brent and Jennifer along with their team did an excellent job upgrading our master bath to be handicapped accessible. In addition to the master bath we retiled two other bathrooms and did a repair to a water damaged wood floor in our dining room. The price was excellent and the workmanship superb. Brent provided a very detailed bid so you will know exactly what you are paying for when you start the project.

Brent was wonderful to work with. We had to have our entire custom tile shower replaced after a pipe burst, as well as repairs to the ceiling and walls in the room below the shower. He took his time doing the initial walk-thru of the job with us and had solid answers to all of our questions. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and dealt with our homeowner's insurance company to make sure everything was covered. I highly recommend West Texas Restoration for your home renovation needs!!

Our upstairs renovation was a great experience. We started off with a quote and compared it to one other renovation company. After choosing West Texas Restoration, we were given a timeline of 6 weeks. We were very impressed with all the employees we came in contact with during our project. Each person was respectful and courteous. Our project was completed in 5 weeks! We are pleased with our renovation of new carpeting, paint and a full bathroom remodel.
