Apex Roofing has replaced my roof on two occasions. The latest being 9/22. I contacted them for my latest work and Blake responded. He accessed the damage, provided me with the information needed for my claim. He scheduled the job and provided support & direction during the entire repair process. His crew Chief, Aden, did great job with the workers. Dave, the Company owner, was there for the job completion. The entire area was cleaned after the job was completed. Dave and Blake are exceptional. I will always use them for roofing needs and honestly for any advice for things that need to be done to my house. It all started when the insurance company said I didn’t need a new roof. Dave and Blake came out , along with several others, and said that I did. Apex stood out because they were able to send my insurance company a typed up bid and even put in the codes of my town and why I needed a new roof. Dave and Blake then had to get a public adjuster at no cost to me out there , and when that didn’t work the adjuster said I should go with a lawyer. The roof got paid for and they did an exceptional job. New roof, new gutter, wood repair and paint, they know everyone you need. The house looks amazing and they were there for me through it all. I will always use them.

First time roof replacement after hail damage. Owner explained everything in detail. He communicated directly with my insurance company which I very much appreciated. Very professional & prompt. Also did excellent job on the cleanup process. Highly recommend this company hands down a very easy process. In todays world I think it's so important to give a shout out when you are the recipient of a job well done.I wanted to avoid the bad experiences I'd seen on the news when selecting a roofing business so I trusted word of mouth. Glad I did.I was pleased with how organized & professional the crew was. Everything was handled just as Mr. Davis described it would be. I was most impressed with the results and no signs of any of the old roof including nails which was a common complaint I'd read & heard about. These guys use some kind of heavy duty magnet, very interesting, to swipe over property to make sure no nails had escaped. Highly recommend this roofing company. Blake was responsive and attentive to my concerns from beginning to end. He gave his honest opinion that the finished roofing job was not up to their standard due to the quality of tiles supplied, and therefore needed to be redone. That to me was true professionalism.

The owner, Mr. Davis, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He came out with a truck and ladder, got up on our roof and did a thorough inspection to determine the extent of the storm damage. He provided a free, handwritten estimate/inspection that we were able to submit to our insurance company to have the roof replaced. Mr. Davis and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roof from start to finish/clean up. He'll be the roofer I use for as long as I'm in Dallas/Fort Worth and I make sure to recommend him to all my neighbors & friends. Apex Roofing and Mr. Dave Davis are the best!

I first used APEX roofing to have a roof repair done on a HUD home purchase. I was impressed with the repair and the communication that took place during the whole process. When it came time to have my roof replaced after a hail storm, I decided to call Dave. He came out and explained the entire process and gave me a very fair estimate. We scheduled the repair for the next Monday and his crew was there an ready to work first thing in the morning. The roof replacement could not have gone smoother, from tear down to cleanup. They finished the job ahead of schedule and We could not have been happier with the work. Dave does business they way it should be done. He is honest, fair and always communicates well. I live in a highly windy, field area so I have required some shingles to be replaced and tacked down on a couple occasions after wind storms. Blake has fixed my roof on both occasions and he does the utmost best job. He’s been quick to respond and makes it out to my house in a very timely manner. On one of the occasions I was nervous because some shingles had blown off and we were nearing another rain storm, and Blake came to repair my roof immediately so I could feel safe that I would not get a roof leak! He is very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do, as well as what could have been done better by the previous company who installed my roof. Our roof was torn off in a tornado. After interviewing several roofers we chose Apex. Working with David Davis was the best working relationship I've had undergoing any type of construction and remodeling since being a home owner 30 years ago. David is considerate of using the best materials for the job, efficiency, cost effectiveness, and responsiveness to customer concerns. When David was not on site his crew continued to work diligently without supervision and did an excellent job. I have had other contractors that have had to work on our house and have commented on the excellent job Apex did on our roof. Without a seconds hesitation I would use Apex again and refer them to everyone!

I had hail damage on my roof and had many different cards for area roofers left on my doorstep. I finally called one on the recommendation of a friend. I didn't really care for the way the owner handled himself and how he communicated. So I got online and googled Denton roofers and Apex Roofing came up. I saw that the company had an A+ BBB rating and so I went to the Apex website and sent an email. Within 10 minutes, Dave Davis called me and he scheduled a time to go to Denton and check out my roof. He did not ask anything about how much the insurance company had paid me but I did tell him how many squares they said were required. After looking at the roof, Dave called me and told me that the software used both by the insurance company and his company is showing a different house. The house had burned down a couple of years ago and this was a brand new, larger house so Dave contacted the software company and got them to update to google maps. Then he was able to get a true read of all the items needed for proper roof replacement. He came to my office and we contacted the insurance company together. Over time, he was able to get all the correct information to the adjuster and they paid the correct amount required to replace the roof (which was double the original amount!). Dave was so nice, very professional and got the job done beautifully in just a couple of days. He was terrific. His crew was also very good...they left absolutely no mess whatsoever. They covered the bushes and plants and cleaned any debris! I will keep Apex and Dave in my contact information and will use them for the next roof issue!! And I will tell anyone who needs a roof to use Apex...just outstanding customer service and performance, for sure!!

My roof has a leak and I called Mr David Davis thinking that his Apex company was the one who replaced my roof 3 years ago. He responded very fast. And even after he had figured out that it was not his company that replaced my roof, he still came out to inspect and gave me his opinion as to what need to be done. I offered to reimbursed him for the gas (can't reimburse him for the time as his effort and time were "priceless") but he said it's all OK.You can't go too wrong with a roof builder with this much of integrity and conscience. I am sure whoever buying a roof from his company will get a well-done job on that roof. Needless to say, this company is very highly recommended!

Dave changed our roof after a massive hailstorm. He also took care of dealing with our insurance to cover all the expenses. On top of that, we also got a few hundred bills in our pocket. After more than 3 years, he came back to check on our roof because of a leak I noticed. It turned out to be loose screws from the skylight that we had for over 10 years. He went up and put screws on to secure the dome and he gave me some tips on how to cover the leak on the ceiling, all on the house. He is now our go-to-roofer. Thanks Dave!
