Anthony from Cypress Roofing is amazing! He slowly and carefully walked my 92-year-old mom through the process of getting her roof replaced. Anthony answered all of her questions, addressed all of her concerns, and was very respectful and friendly throughout the entire process. We picked out the shingles, got them ordered and when they came in, it was done in less than a day. The crews picked up everything and left the yard and the roof in immaculate condition,. I HIGHLY recommend them if you need your roof replaced. This is the company you need to use. Locally owned, locally hired crews. 100% professionalism.

We contacted several roofers to quote a full roof replacement due to hail damage. Anthony with Cypress Roofing was the only one who followed through with the whole quote process and earned our business. He got on the roof and recognized other issues along with the hail damage. Their ability to extrude the metal on site is a real plus for both parties in that there is little waste and no wait time for materials. Can't say enough good about their professionalism and neatness. It was fun to watch their crew do this work as it appeared to be second nature for them. Cypress replaced an old 3 tab shingle roof with a 24 gauge Galvalume roof on a small ranch home in one day.

I did my homework and saw all of the great reviews of this roofing company. After a big hail storm this past Fathers Day, I contacted them to see if my roof had been damaged. Christian Alvarez came out that same day and surveyed my roof for damage. He said that the roof had indeed been damaged by the hail, so I contacted my insurance company.Christian came and met with the adjuster to insure that my roof would be replaced with the same premium roofing materials, gutters, downspouts and gutter guards that were on the house. Christian kept me informed while the premium materials were being manufactured. When the materials were almost done, he scheduled my roof to be repaired the next week.The insurance company estimated two weeks to install the roofing, gutters, etc. Cypress roofing completed the job in one week! They sent a crew to make sure there was no debris left behind.My roof looks awesome and, after we had rain, Christian has personally called to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction.This company provided performed high quality work, and Christian was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and hands-on.I highly recommend Cypress Roofing for any roofing repairs one might need.

Cypress roofing did an amazing job on our roof. The roofers worked from 7a to 7p to get the job complete and made sure to clean up. Anthony went above and beyond and was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was there when the insurance adjuster came and explained what he had found and questioned him which really helped our situation. We had a leak and Anthony helped us get all our inside damages fixed using their sub contractors. He did a wonderful job keeping us updated through out the entire process. We have also wanted gutters for years and he referred us to a sister company that was able to do that for us. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Cypress Roofing!

Cypress Roofing did a wonderful job on our river house. We live full time in Austin, 2 hours away. Cypress made the insurance claim as painless as possible and our point of contact, Anthony, communicated the job wonderfully. We stayed updated through the entire process and felt so comfortable with cypress that we didn’t feel the need to drive out and manage things on our own. We came out a few weeks after the job was done and everything was perfect, just as we suspected. We love not having to mess around to find good contractors. Cypress Roofing is our Go-To roofing contractor until we no longer need a roof. Highly recommend!

Cristian got us an estimate for stripping our old metal-over-shingles roof off and installing a new metal roof. He worked with us to get us what we wanted within our budget. From the time the crew arrived to completion, the job took about a day and a half. Total cost was exactly the same as the estimate. They hauled off all the leftover materials and went over the yard with a magnet to retrieve any metal pieces left in the grass. The roof looks terrific and we are very happy we went with Cypress Roofing.

I am extremely pleased with our new roof. Ty Cobb kept us updated on every step from start to finish. The workers installed the roof on my 3,000 square foot house in 12 hours, working in 103 degree heat from 7 am to 7 pm. They were careful, courteous and thorough in cleanup. He took time to review all aspects of our roofs and thoroughly answered questions, even recommending simple actions they would do to improve our roof ventilation. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Anthony went above and beyond to help me with my hail damage claim and roof replacement. After discovering a water leak in my ceiling, Anthony put a temporary patch on the roof, monitored my leak (I live out of town - this is a rental), and had a new roof installed ASAP to prevent further damage to my house. We originally had cypress out to replace some ridges on the roof, we were in the process to get materials ordered then the big hail storm hit. As soon as the hail storm was over we texted Camden and let him know hail came through the roof and let water in and would be needing a whole new roof. He even offered to come help my husband tarp the roof. The next day he had a quote ready to go. After insurance gave us the go ahead we started the process.Cypress was absolutely amazing to work with and they did fantastic! They were so easy to work with and very accessible when we had questions about the process. They finished the whole roof from tear down to adding decking and metal in 2 days. The crew was very professional, kept sight clean and were on time. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. No one was ever just standing around. The price was more than fair with high quality work!

After a thunderstorm brought 75 MPH winds our roof was damaged enough to cause a minor leak. Cypress Roofing sent someone out quickly to assess the situation and then a few days later they completed the repairs. Even though our roof problems weren’t nearly as serious as others in the area, they worked us in and solved our problem before things got worse. The Cypress team was friendly, fast and really knew what they were doing. An outstanding experience I would definitely use them again.

After almost giving up our search for a roofing company in Kerr County, TX, we found Cypress Roofing on Angie's List. After contacting the company, the owner Mr. Albert Martinez came to inspect and give us options for leak repairs. We also asked for a quote for a new standing seam metal roof. We did buy a metal roof system from Albert's company, and it has been by far the best decision we have made for our home since moving to the area in 2001. Albert and his Cypress crew did a great job on our metal roof in Canyon Lake. My wife and I considered shingles due to cost. We’re delighted Albert suggested to go with metal. Our entire home now looks brand new. We were one of many folks in Kerrville affected by the late May storms and, among other repairs, needed a roof and gutters. We were recommended Cypress Roofing by a friend of ours in construction. He called them and they promptly called us back. Albert (the Owner) and Christian came out right and surveyed the damage and stated that as soon as we know when the Damage Appraiser will get here, to call them so they can be here and go over it all with him. The Appraiser turned up on the Sunday and, even on a Sunday afternoon, Albert and Christian came right over and met with him. They made this project so much easier by assigning Steven Toler as our "project manager" and Steven has been extremely helpful, responsive and professional throughout the project. Our roof was finished late last Thursday and Steven came over Thursday evening and went over everything and also ensured that the crew had not damaged any landscaping and cleaned up properly. After all this, all we had were a couple of small items for him to remedy and replace. As promised, he came back on Friday to fix some of the items and the roof looks wonderful.They will install the gutters within the next few days and we are confident that the gutter replacement will be as good as the roof. All in all a very good experience with Cypress Roofing from ownership down (Albert), to Steven and the roofing crew.

Good Honest People. The day after a rain storm we noticed leaks in our roof. Called a couple of roofing companies and everyone would have to get us on their schedule to get someone on the roof to look at it. After looking at reviews, we called Cypress Roofing and they sent Chris Greer out the same day. He got on the roof, gave an honest assessment about the roof not needing work, just needing a good roof caulking to an affected area. Even though there was no work in it for them, I really appreciate their same day appointment and honesty, and will definitely use them in the future when I do have a roof problem.Service: Roof inspection
