Where do I start? Elite Roofing - not so "Elite."1. Delays in starting;2. Had to point things out myself that needed fixing (and I don't know much about roofing)3. A few weeks ago, I asked to have the team come back to fix further things found after they were "done" (like jagged edges where the tiles don't even cover the flashing (not cool)) and they have not come back. It's been a month +. Keep getting empty promises from Zack Miser - who is the son of the owners.4. The latest in this collage of errors is that they replaced the vent piece for the Heater - they didn't come in the house to access the attic to make sure it was done correctly - I had an A/C person to the house this morning because the pipe was separated and the install was not done correctly (to code).I will be sending this information to the BBB and possibly going to small claims court if I don't hear from him this week. This is ridiculous.I am VERY disappointed. This guy presents well, but no follow-through.
