This company has done several jobs on my place. They arrive when they are scheduled and do a good job. I have no plans on using any other company. Edgar has been here each time. He does a great job, has a wonderful and professional attitude. When I call the office they always answer promptly and schedule me as quickly as possible. Holloway Plumbing is a great company with employees who are an asset to the company.

We have had work done by Holloway before. When we scheduled the appointment to give estimate for the work we needed done there was no mention of a $69.00 fee. All they did was remove a disc from the tub faucet. Won't be doing business here any longer. They lost our business over a $69 fee when they could have gotten at least 2 more jobs from us and 2 bathrooms my son was going to have done this January.Update: After my original post I was contacted by the owner, Damon Lewis. He contacted me directly and took every step to reimburse me for the charge and provided such a professional and caring letter describing his company's mission and apologized for miscommunication of the fee, etc. It means so.much he would take the time to personally contact me and make things right. Thank you for reinstating my belief and trust in your company.

We had a break in our water line in the foundation and had visions of jackhammers and bathroom destruction. James and Cody assured us that wouldn't happen. They were here the whole day to complete the repair and only made one small hole in the sheetrock in a hall closet. They took the time to isolate the problem and resolve it with almost no damage. We couldn't be more pleased!

Had an issue with our shower. They had to order parts from Germany to fix. The first time, they forgot and we had to remind them, the second time, they ordered the wrong part, and the third time they got it right and shower is now working. Took about two months to do all of this.

Edgar arrived Sunday and worked for several hours trying to correct the issue. Unfortunately due to the age of the home there was no outside trap to clear the blockage. Came back the next morning and installed an outside trap that did the trick. So glad we called. We thought our water heater only needed the pilot relighted (it’s difficult to get to in the attic), instead the attached piping leading outside became broken and was detached. This could have been dangerous- thank goodness the pilot light went out and we called them.

Courtney, with whom I scheduled this appointment was very personable and communicated with us well. Scott and his helper arrived on time as scheduled. They had the installation completed in a couple of hours and cleaned the work area very well when they were finished. I can’t comment on the value of the water heater yet, particularly since the AO Smith water heater they removed was only 4 1/2 years old. Hopefully this AO Smith will last a little longer. On the bright side we can shower in the house tonight rather than walking out to the barn to shower in the motorhome. Thanks for a job well done.Follow-up: Today we were doing laundry and I noticed the drain pan under the hot water heater was leaking water out the drain pipe. Further check and I found about 1/2” water in the drain pan. Called Courtney with the bad news. She redirected Scott to our house after he finished a job he was on. They arrived within an hour of the call, found the leak and repaired it. For the record, the leak had nothing to do with the installation Scott did yesterday. The leak actually came from cold water inlet pipe that is installed by the factory. So, while our luck with AO Smith isn’t great, Holloway Plumbing has done a superb job of taking care of us.

Had a really nasty grease clog in my place and the original Plumbing not the best. I called my friends at Holloway plumbing and within one day Not only was my clog cleared they completely redid the underneath of my sink as well to ensure the issue wouldn't happen again. Edgar and Noah installed a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher for us.It took quite awhile to get it in, but this was no fault of theirs. The unit came with the wrong instruction manual, one of the hose clamps would not keep the water hose in place, and it had a lot of insulation to deal with also. They both remained calm and professional, worked together to figure out the issues, and then corrected them. Edgar opted to put a different clamp on the hose which worked great. They left the kitchen clean and all in place.Holloway has installed a sink, hot water heater, a water treatment unit and now a dishwasher.
