I have been attempting to get a take-off list done, at the recommendation of our framing company, for our new home build since the beginning of March. I have made several phone calls and sent many emails regarding this and still nothing. I spoke to Jagger several weeks ago who told me the emails had been going to his spam folder and he would take care of it. Then when I spoke to him again last week he told me he had sent the floor plan to their other department (or whoever it was) weeks ago and it was that guy's fault. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Jagger told me he wouldn't be able to help me but that I could talk to him if I really wanted to and I said yes, please. Then I was told I would get a call back because he was busy and have yet to hear from anyone since.

Normally get decent wood from here. Last time I went I got 12 1x4. All ended up having twists and bows. I expect straight boards especially when I'm paying 6 bucks a board. I'll go to lowes next time and spend 2 bucks a board and get the same thing or better. Pretty disappointing because I try to support local ad much as possible
