i regret placing my order here.. i was told by jack that my order would be ready in 3 weeks tops and its been over 2 months already with zero hopes of timeline. i ask constantly for an ETA but get nothing, email him with no response, call but nobody gets back to me.. any other place could've probably had my order sooner.. i thought i was getting a good service by going with a reputable company but that was a mistake. I really hope my order finally gets done because my customer has been waiting for a long time with no roof and its putting a bad name in my own company.
