My mother scheduled a day for her roofing to get fixed on her house and the workers only replaced the old shingle with new shingle. The workers did not do what was required by law! The owner of the company was informed and his response was “they are doing what they are supposed to be doing”. Money was paid up front in full and the company did not offer a redo of the work, a refund percentage and they did not offer to look over the horrible work that was done by their employers. I do not recommend this company!!!!

My first intereaction was with Ms Marie. She was patient. She understood that I was unaware how the insurance process worked. She was very helpful in guiding me through the process. When the day came for the gentlemen to come to do the roof work, wow....... They were amazing... There are not enough good things that I can say about Lange Roofing.

This review is based upon my interaction with a Lange Roofing representative driving a Lange Roofing livery vehicle. I would associate safety and craftsmanship as important aspects of installing a roof, but based upon how the Lange Roofing representative aggressively tailgated me and harassed me on the highway, I do not believe that this is a place where I would want to do business. The representative showed no regard for safety concerns as he sped excessively through the constrstution on hwy 190, failed to stop for traffic control devices and then sped and wove through traffic headed into Temple. It was not until the driver realized I was taking pictures and recording him that he bothered to slow down. It is telling that the representative did not bother being a safe or courteous driver until they realized they were being recorded. I do need a new roof, but I've seen all I need from Lange Roofing to not solicit them for a bid.

I had a great experience with Lange Roofng. I needed a new roof from a recent hail storm. I already had the money from insurance so I called a couple different companies for estimates. One company was clearly taking advantage of an insurance claim and quoted $5500 more than Lange. The reviews were good so I chose lange to do my roof. They were scheduling 6-8 weeks out for roofs, but any good service has a high demand. They communicated well, were punctual, did great work, completed a 37 Sq roof in 6 hrs, and cleaned up well. No complaints here. I don't know how these guys do this in this heat. Would definately recommend to others needing a new roof or roof repair. They are professional and honest. A great family business! The only improve I could suggest is to get certified on CertainTeed shingles. I like their colors, warranty and reviews better than OC.

We had to have our roof repaired only a month or so ago and Lange Roofing punctured a hole in one of our Freon lines which caused our whole upstairs ac unit to break and leak. We filed a claim and they denied the claim, telling us that our house was poorly built. You can visibly see the puncture of the nails Lange Roofing used when repairing the roof and we have photos to support the claim. For the amount we were charged and how long we’ve had our home in great condition it doesn’t make sense that they can look past the damage they’ve done. The wind storm that went through central Texas a couple months ago damaged our roof. My wife and I contacted just about every roofer from Temple, TX to Austin. Every single roofer said we needed a complete replacement and quoted us an outrageous amount. When we called Lange Roofing, a contractor came out the very next day. Said a replacement wasn't necessary and our roof still had life. Said we only needed a repair and gave us an amazing price for it. When they came out for the repair they were fast, professional and just absolutely amazing. Honesty goes a long way and when it's time to replace my roof I know exactly who I'm calling. Excellent folks! Finding good customer service around Fort Hood has been a challenge for the decade I have been here, but the folks at Lange were wonderful to work with! They came recommended by my realtor, and I am really glad I went with them! The current market is crazy, but I got a fair quote and a reasonable lead time. They were even happy to squeeze my roof in between work trips. I will definitely call Lange back for my next roof.

Great company, we used them for a brand new roof after a hail storm. They were very easy to work with, complete tear off and replacement done in one day. All workers were very hard working and actually seemed to love their job. I did get worried about an approaching rain storm but they had already called in more help to get it done. I would definitely recommend them for all your roofing needs.

From the first call made to get an estimate to the job getting done, Lange Roofing was awesome. They did everything in a timely manner and the roof looks amazing. They even removed an old satellite dish that needed to come down. I highly recommend them for any roofing job.

We had shingles missing from the last storm. Lange Roofing came out immediately to patch the roof prior to replacement. No other roofers have done this, most just put tarps on the roof. The day of replacement, the crew did an excellent job. They explained the process & materials used. When they saw the little dog & children playing outside, they magnetized the yard multiple times. All trash was removed. It took 7 hours from start to finish. The new roof looks great! I highly recommend Lange Roofing for your roofing needs.

Our roof fell victim to the past severe Texas weather and needed replacing. Going into this project was full of my uncertainty. I didn't know much about roofing but the worst part was not being able to be there in person. BBB, referrals and reading far too many posted comments narrowed my search to three companies which Lange Roofing ultimately won. I must have called every day, sometimes several times a day. Lange took the time to answer my many questions and even gave me tools to assist in my decision making. A shingle is not just a shingle and don't get me started on colors! When it was time to commit (down payment) I was confident in choosing Lange. I never felt like a number. More importantly, I felt involved. The job was done as scheduled. The old roofing was removed in the morning and the new was on by the afternoon. They cleaned up the yard and our house looks great!

Yes, I would recommend Lange. My roof repair was completed professionally and I am confident that it will last longer than the 5 year warranty. The two guys that did the repair were very pleasant and courteous and made sure everything was taken care of including a complete cleanup.

It was a pleasure doing business with Lange Roofing throughout the process of contracting a new roof installation at my rental property in Killeen, TX. Without going into too much detail, I will say that their quote came in the lowest (although cost alone is not a sole decisive factor), and their service rep (Maria) was always quick to respond with any of my concerns. In the end, the new roof looks great, and I will definitely be choosing them as my next roofing contractor when that time comes.

Won’t answer their phones (husband and I have been calling for over an hour now). Don’t work with your schedule (expected me to cancel an appointment for my daughter I’ve been waiting on for 2 months). We have a leak in our roof and they could really care less. I pretty much begged them to see if another client would switch to the morning time so they could come out before the big storms hit and they didn’t care to even try. If our landlord wasn’t the one choosing them I’d say go with anyone else.

Saw the Lange Roofing guys next door so ask if they would take a quick look at my roof. They informed me the pipe boots are cracked and needed to be replaced as it was allowing water into the house. They also recommended replacing a broken shingle. I scheduled the work which was done the same day. Thank you!

Lange did a roof replacement for us yesterday. From the time Jacob and Dylan Lange arrived to give us an estimate, through the several phone calls with Christie in the business office (she was great: informative, friendly, patient, cooperative and if I couldn't wait on hold, she always called me back), to the day the crew arrived (ahead of schedule!), again with Jacob and Dylan, to start work, dealing with Lange was a first class experience. They got to our house exactly when they said they would, went right to work, took few breaks (in near-record heat), and finished on time. They did a great clean-up, plenty enough to make me happy. Most importantly, the workmanship and materials used were excellent. Everything is just as promised. We got a nice little thunderstorm only hours after the work was finished, so I'll be going into my attic today to check the practical side of the job, but there's no reason to expect anything other than dry, dry, dry. I'll update this review once or twice over the next year or two, but at this early stage, it would be hard to be any more satisfied with Lange. Highly recommended!

Lange roofing of Killeen, Texas, provided friendly, reasonable and fast service.After the last thunderstorm my 3 year old roof ( installed by a contractor ) was leaking. Dillon came out the next day for an estimate and one day later my roof was fixed. It looks flawless and the price was good.I can recommend this company to everyone.

Just got my new roof put on from Lange Roofing. As of right now, I love it a whole lot. They did a wonderful job. I had a question about something and one of the workers answered it with no hesitation. I also had a question after the job was done and I called to speak to someone about it, and the the person who answered the phone was very professional and kind. She answered my question very quickly. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs you may have. The crew that did my roof also did a complete cleanup when the word was finished. Lange Roofing answer their phone and call you back! Maria is great to work with and keeps you updated via email. When sellers have no money up front for the new roof, Lange Roofing worked with us to wait and be paid out of the proceeds at the closing table. I had 3 listings in a row that needed new roofs and they completed each one within the timeline of our closing dates. They did a great job and cleaned up their garbage and nails afterwards too!
