Our daughter was about to be delivered so Abraham replaced our roof within 72 hours and completed the job before our child’s birth.We had to reach out to Abraham to get the final invoice because he didn’t want to interrupt/bother our family as we integrated our new daughter into our home.The crew was on-time and very professional. I was having an issue with a dead valley on my roof Pioneer Roofing came out gave me a quote which was not gonna cost me an arm and a leg I was kind of skeptical since all the other companies I called were way higher on their price. they came out did the job and I must say Pioneer Roofing did a great job my dead valley was fixed and I am one happy customer if you need any Roofing work done definitely call them.

Called Pioneer United Roofing for an inspection due to a leak. Abraham was schedule for same day call out. He was polite, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He completed a thorough roof inspection, noting areas that could possibly be causing the leak and provided insight on other areas that are showing signs of wind damage. Can't say enough good things about Abraham Rojas. I called him because the inspector for my homeowners insurance found some nails that had backed out on a few shingles on my ridgecap and recommended I have it fixed asap. I scheduled an appointment and he showed up right on time and fixed the nails and added a sealant over them. My roof will need replaced soon and I am definitely going to use Pioneer United Roofing. Last night 09/24 my house was impacted by massive hail. This morning I found my windows shattered and lots of branches on my yard. Luckily Pioneer was on my neighbors roof inspecting their roof and I called them over. They showed up right after and offered me an inspection, they thoroughly inspected my entire property and showed me all the damage. Turns out I will be needing a new roof and gutters and they will take care of everything. I had just had my roof replaced about a year ago through a different company. It has only been a year and I started having problems again. And then when the weather got bad my roof began to leak. The old company was of no help. I called numerous times, even sent out a few emails. They would never follow up with me. Even tried to get insurance involved. After going through hell and back with insurance and being ignored by the old company. Pioneer roofing was recommended to me by a family member. I called friday night and Abraham came out the next morning. He was so kind and very knowledgeable. Definitely proved he knew what he was doing and had plenty of experience. Never made me question anything, kept me in the loop on the situation. He did an inspection, found the problem and came and explained everything to us so that we understood what was going on and what needed to be fixed. And he literally set up an appointment to fix everything all in that same moment. I spent the last month and a half fighting with insurance and an old roofing company that knew I was having issues, and couldn't get anything done. Abraham met me once, found the problem, came up with a game plan, and got my roof situated faster than I could've imagined. He told me he was going to do xy and z and he committed to his word. If I could give him and his company 10 stars I would. Such a blessing after a stressful time! Can't thank him enough for coming through and helping us, when everyone else left us in limbo. If you need help with your roof asap, they are the ones to call. And if you get Abraham on your doorstep just know you are in good hands! Pioneer Roofing put my original metal roof on my custom home build but several weeks after finishing my home, a bad hail storm damaged my roof and my shop roof. Both roofs needed replacing. These guys are the utmost professional and so trustworthy. When they say they are coming or a metal delivery is coming, it comes. When they say they are starting work, they start. When they finish for the day, they clean up. The work was done in a timely manner and absolutely no issues. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Called for an estimate and was told the contractor would visit the property same day. He mentioned that the report would be received that evening or the following morning. I never received the estimate and called leaving a voicemail. No one returned my call. Would not use due to poor communication & falsely lead commitment.

I got my roof completely replaced was given a reasonable quote better than most and we got great work. They came out finished the same day, I also got some work done on the inside had some leaking from the roof and they repaired some sheetrock in my bedroom. Professionals definitely! I would recommend Paramount to anyone. Abraham was the person that I initially spoke with and he insured everything was completed in a professional manner the whole way through!

We hired Paramount to replace my roof. Abraham was here the same day I called to get an estimate. From the start he seemed very friendly and knew what he was talking about. He explained how the insurance process works and what I could expect from them. He gave me several options of shingles to install and explained all the benefits of each. Finally insurance company sent the money to start the work and ended up going with Paramount. They came early the following week to start on the roof and finished the same day, which I was truly amazed. I would recommend Paramount Roofing to anyone. They were very easy to work with. A+

I highly recommend this company and all of his workers. The owner name is Abraham and he is very professional, kind and will assist you with your insurance claim. I have my roof replaced, new ceiling in the garage, dining room, family room and my bedroom ceiling. He does all of the take away (old wood/sheet rock). He and his workers arrived on time and cleaned up every day that they was there. I am glad that I met him because he fulfilled all of my expectations. Oh forgot that he also trimmed the tree in my backyard that was hanging on the roof. Excellent job all around. If you need painting, interior or exterior painting, gates, and anything else that deals in construction, please call him.I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM 100%. I give him 5 STARS.

Abraham services are nothing less than professional. Severe Weather caused property damage to the shingles and ceilings in a couple of my units. Abraham repaired them with a sense of urgency. His rates are incomparable to the competition. The Overall experience was A-1, and I’d recommend him to anyone requiring home repairs throughout Central Texas. Like the saying goes, “if you do what you love, you’ll never feel like you’re working a day in your life,” and judging from his work ethic, performance, & quality results, I can tell this guy lives by that.
