The workers were courteous and the owner of the company was polite in sharing all procedure. The only thing that I wanted them to improve was the fact they left the heavy shingles on the roof tops of four days. Levi at Secured Roofing and Gutters was fantastic replacing the roof on our 4- plex. Very professional from start to finish. The roof was replaced according to the estimate; no issues. As an investor in a different state, I needed someone trustworthy to complete the job with no oversight and Levi did exactly that. He provided recommendations on the job that saved us time and money. He coordinated with our property manager to ensure the tenants were informed as well to protect themselves and their cars (e.g. falling debris while removing roof). I trust Levi/Secured Roofing and Gutters and plan to continue using this company.

We had our roof replaced through our insurance and we sold our house shortly after. The new owners are having a ton of issues with leaking coming through their ceiling. The flashing around the chimney was not replaced. We have had many people from the insurance company to our real estate agent and the new owners of the house reach out, and Secured Roofing will NOT come fix their lack of work. Now my husband and I will have to pay out of pocket to fix an issue from 6 months ago for a house we don’t even own anymore, that should have been standard to fix with a new roof. I would NOT recommend Secured Roofing to anyone. They do not stand behind their work to makes things right when something isn’t up to par. Terrible!
