Full Disclosure – Ben Dean is my son-in-law – with that, this review is honest and accurate:I asked Ben (owner of Four Rivers Construction) to provide a quote for some work that needed to be done at my mother’s house (1. Paint the outside of the house; 2. Replace all of the siding of a storage shed with Hardy). Ben provided me with an itemized quote for materials, labor, and travel time (the job was in Pasadena, TX approximately 160 miles). We agreed on a start date and Ben performed the siding work on the building himself and contracted the painting to a trusted local contractor. Due to my full schedule, I needed someone to perform/manage all the work which Ben did greatly to my satisfaction. The work was performed as defined in the quotations and pricing did not change. As a side note – my mother is experiencing some issues associated with her age and Ben was both very professional and caring when communicating with her. All-in-all it was a job well-done and I would utilize Ben for any future work and would recommend him to any of my friends or family.-William Newton

We hired Four Rivers to do a remodel of a recently purchased ranch style rental home. We are thrilled with the quality of the work (all electrical replaced, new bathrooms installed, all new HVAC, and all fixtures/finish)…and even more so the service and follow through since then (on issues not related to their original work, but helping us maintain and improve a remote home).I highly recommend them for general contractor services and am glad to have met them as we continue to work together.

Ben was extremely professional, respectful of time commitments and responsive in all of the work done on my bathroom remodel. He was very diligent in all of the he did personally and even more so with the work that he had done. He went to great lengths to make sure the work was done right. Plus he put up with my pup. :).
