We recently hired Modern Metal to help us extend our existing dock. We knew EXACTLY what we wanted and appreciated that Patrick was quick to respond, professional and did a great job for us. He gave us a fair price, his crew was efficient and we are pleased with the final result. We've now been using the dock for a few weeks and he even came by to check that we are happy and satisfied. Had Patrick place jet ski lift on my dock this summer. Was not easy experience.He had to return to do complete the job correctly multiple times, slats spaced incorrectly, cradle placed incorrectly cables rubbed causing fraying,end of wire cable frayed , electricity to lift didn't work. Each of these was a separate visit after install. What made it worse is he was not responsive and i do not live there so i had to reach out multiple times to finish job correctly. i finally hired outside electrician and added expense to get power restored. Poor experience,

I was lucky enough to have Patrick and his team come and finish my dock after an incredibly horrible experience with a company that folded and robbed a bunch of people including myself in the process. I was his first big project as an owner and frankly he came in at my insistence and treated me fairly, was super responsive and communicated everything perfectly. The workmanship is amazing and since finishing my dock we’ve had countless people comment how much they love it. We love it and are really grateful for Patrick and Modern Metal for what they did and what they built. Will help provide memories for decades.

We hired Model Metal to finish up our dock as our original builder abandoned us and the project before completion. Patrick and his guys did a great job with finishing everything up. Patrick stayed in constant communication which helped us plan ahead. I highly recommend MMM for your next project.
