I had a 15-year-old septic system that was showing its age and needed some repair and maintenance. I was impressed with the help I received from Cody Young in getting it restored to full operation. Cody Young Septic is an amazing company. Our 30 year old septic system died, and we needed it replaced quickly. We live an hour away from the business, but that wasn't a problem, and after my initial phone call, things moved quickly. They were professional, on time and did a great job. I was amazed that during the entire project we could still use our old septic, and was only without for about an hour while it was switched over to the new system. Our project was not easy, we live on a big hill and the ground is rocky. It was going to be to expensive and time consuming to try to get through the rock, so they decided to put the pit (field lines) at the bottom of the hill, which was a little scary to me, but with the right equipment and personnel, it worked. We now have a new conventional system that should last for years. After installation was complete, a crew came out to fill in and clean up our yard, so other than where the grass needs to grow, our yard is as it was before. Staff is tremendous, from the initial inspection, pump guys, office staff, Cody, Amy, Kayla, Debbie, Project Manager Dustin, guys that did all the physical work, Jeffrey, Nick and others thank you for a job well done...

If you are reading this review then you my friend came to the right place for some good, hard earned, advice on septic system companies in our part of Central Texas! My family has owned a home in Highland Haven for over 40 years, we have had occasion to use several septic companies over the years for pump outs- this is how we met Mr Cody Young and Septic Plumbing and Maintenance. Mr Young is a very knowledgeable HONEST professional and has always treated my husband and myself with courtesy and respect, so naturally when we got to this point of needing a completely new system we called Mr Young immediately..as he was so busy I called another local company and was treated very rudely and given the false information that no system could possibly be installed- just out of luck! Naturally I panicked- very ill husband at home- called and spoke to Mrs Young, she scheduled her kind husband to come right out and guess what folks..there ARE systems that will work in my yard! Great service from a local company! Ordered 3 Port a potties for my solar eclipse event. They were delivered on time and picked up on time. They also did not price gouge like one of their competitors. I've also used them to install a septic system and will be using them again to install another one soon. Definitely recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about Cody Young Seltic Service… in the process of selling our lake house with a short timeframe before our closing, we found out we needed to have an inspection by the LCRA. Cody Young was able to fit us into their busy schedule and arrange an initial inspection of our equipment. take care of a necessary repair, and then schedule and facilitate an inspection with the LCRA, meeting them out there to perform all of the aspcts of the inspection in order to get a passing certificate as required by our closing. If you have any septic needs, call them!

I hired Cody Young about 9months ago to install my septic system at my new construction home. Installation was complete in under 2 weeks from getting the quote and the price was fair. Just today(Sunday Morning) I called because one of the warning lights on the system was on. Per the instructions on their answering machine I texted their 24hr number and received a response in minutes and was on a phone call with Cody 10min later to help me diagnose the problem. Cody gave me clear instruction on how to diagnose the issue and advised me where I could get the parts locally to fix it myself. This is what great service is all about, putting the needs of the customer first before making money. For this they get a 5star review

They did a great job for me. My septic system backed up and water started coming into my bedroom floor. They showed up very quickly.Turns out, that the previous owner had been pouring cooking grease down the drain. they started pulling out large chunks of grease and pumped out my tank. This company was fantastic to work with. Their communication was spot on and their work was outstanding. The crew that pumped our septic system had to move quite a bit of brand new landscaping we had installed a few months before and after they finished their work they replaced everything exactly how it was before. I'll say this from the time I called and talked to Kayla until the time I got home from work (20 mins) Cody was waiting on me . He accessed our situation and had a crew on the way ! These folks are top notch folks ! They have a communication between each other that is awesome ! When the crew arrived they knew just what they needed to do ! Guys had a difficult time getting the cement cap off the tank, but come up with a solution. Drained the tank and returned to correct the problem in timely manner. Put in a riser to get the cap above ground and easy to access

We ordered Restrooms for an event last minute. The team was able to pull through and get them delivered on time for us. The toilets were very nice and new. Really clean and reasonably priced.I’ve also stopped at multiple units throughout the Hill Country area. I am constantly driving around the entire area and drink a lot of water 😂 so I frequent many different portable toilets; and I have to say, Cody Young’s toilets are right up there with the best; in quality and sanitation. The urinal puck is a nice addition that not many suppliers use anymore. Helps with the odor quite a bit.

Not only Cody, but the folks that work with him are outstanding. From repairing my old septic to keep it limping along to getting a new quote started, every person i have worked with has been impeccable, honest, and professional. I have been 100% informed of what is going to be done, WAY more than I expected and I now have a much better idea of how septics work (yes this is something I actually WANTED to know! :)).
