Went into the store and asked a question at self check out. The lady named Elva was very rude and it's not the first time. A lot of the employees in the Kingsville store are really nice and helpful, but there are enough rude ones that I have driven to Alice just to avoid the Kingsville store. They are always nice and polite in Alice.

This review is especially for the automotive service center. I had a low tire today and pulled in and the guys treated me so nicely and checked my tire. There was nothing wrong with it and there was no charge. It gave me peace of mind to continue my trip. The store is huge & clean with very nice employees. Great job Kingsville Walmart!

Scanned bananas and when I set them down to weigh, it scanned again. I got charged twice based on one scale measurement. I had to skip 1 item from automotive because the in store price was $5 higher than the order for pickup price. I ordered it and now have make another trip to the store. All in all, a ridiculous experience yesterday.

They wouldn't (lifetime) balance my tires again because it was done at a different location. Then they wouldn't exchange my Hey Dudes for the same reason. It's like they aren't a part of the other WalMarts.

Food was ok customer service not so much. Waitress only came to take the order after being there a bit, then once the food was brought, she didn't come back. Didn't bring the bill we had to go to the cashier and she asked us where we sat to see what we ate instead of having the bill brought to us.

Had everything I needed. I just wish they would go back to the regular. Check outs I don't like having to remember if I scanned the item or not then bagging it and then loading it. I like it when they do the work and not me. Maybe that way they won't look at me like in stealing something.

Placed an order for curbside and arrived at the designated time of 5 pm. An hour later I got a message that my order was delayed up to an hour or two. While waiting I saw 8 customers pull up to curbside and within mins they all got their orders. How convenient that none of their orders were delayed? This was the second time this has happened.

No one answers the phone.Called electronics several times today, spaced out incase they were busy, with no answer each time. The last time I called minutes ago after waiting through a couple minutes of ringing I heard someone pick up the phone only to hang it up. 😂 nice….Also when pressing 0 for the store operator assumably at customer service, no one ever answers this extension either, regardless of day or time. Ever.Seems like a combination of understaffing and apathetic employees.One star well deserved. Do better 🙂

Well like all Wal Mart’s employees are never helpful you can never find any one and if you do they tell you that they will get some one and never do. I usually fine what I need . The self checkout cash register is by far the best employee Wal Mart has I give this place not one but 👎👎👎👎👎 I say it like it is

If I could rate this Walmart 0 stars I would. I was with my aunt when she took her last breath the day before I came here to find a shirt for her funeral.After looking around , I found one and went to the changing room to make sure it fit. As I walked up I see an older woman (employee) greet the girl in front of me saying “Hii “ with a huge smile and then let her proceed to the changing room .She then looked at me annoyed and said “Don’t get it dirty! “ with the nastiest attitude.Maybe that’s what happens in a small town when everyone thinks they’re better than everyone but the comment was so unnecessary. I’m deciding to write the review 2 months after the situation since I’ve been able to grieve but it still crosses my mind every now and then. I’m just so disappointed that she didn’t know me and had no reason to be rude but yet still decided to be ugly to me.I hope you read this and decided to do better and be better . There’s no reason to be so bitter towards people you don’t know especially at your grown age . You never know what anyone is going through , do better!

The Photo area sucks and the pictures they print out. On my phone the photos are pretty and bright but getting them printed at Walmart they were really dark. Spent almost $20 on pictures just to throw them out.

I cannot express how Much I Love Our WalMart Bakery Employees!!! They will go above and beyond to make the cakes I have asked for at the last minute!! I moved here from Laredo and unfortunately my hometown Walmart or H‑E‑B are very unfriendly! I needed a cake a month ago and Boy did I miss my Kingsville Walmart Bakery!! They deserve a raise and a huge party for being so kind and friendly to us residents especially us city folks who are not used to all this small town love!! ❤️
