Joseph came to our house and did a free review of our roof since we are nearing the end of our new home warranty. He provided a thorough evaluation that included multiple photos and videos. He even answered follow up questions today. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into helping us. We will definitely ask him to come back when our roof needs to be replaced.

Joseph and his crew did all that he promised. He walked through with the adjuster to answer questions and point out damage. He helped me file the appropriate paperwork. And he clearly outlined expenses ahead of time. He communicated exactly what materials were involved and helped me choose the industry best for my house. All within the insurance budget.
