If I could rate less than a one star I would. They let a inexperienced worker with no prior knowledge do electrical work on a home with little supervision from a supervisor that also stated he did not have a license to do electrical work. They were hired for the painting position which one did have 15 year experience, doing flooring and flooding work with little to no experience in that particular line of work. They also verbally degraded their workers. I’m completely shocked at how unprofessional this company is. An OSHA and BBB complaint have been filed.

Went to apply and the lady was very rude. She asked if I had a d.l. and what experience I have and I told her, then she started off too me with don't even waste your time. I guess 5 years of painting experience is more then they can handle since it says they looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience.

I rented a piece of equipment and never received the bill, when the equipment was picked up there was no bill. I was told it would be mailed to me. I asked 2 months later for the bill, it was never received. 2 months later, I now receive a past due notice. Their reason was that is was a quickbooks error. I would have just preferred an "I'm sorry that should have not happened, we messed up, please forgive us." No it somehow my fault that they never sent the bill.

Called and scheduled an appt to give us a quote. They were a no- show. I called to see what happened. Was told they would call back. That didn't happen either. Treat customers like this and you won't have a 50 year old business to brag about.! Inexcusable!

Project not finished yet but so far we have been pleased. Things taking longer than we like (it is still within the time estimate they gave us) but have good communication with the project manager about what will happen when. Very upfront about costs. Would use them again if we had the need.

They did an awesome job remodeling my kitchen. The staff was very professional. I am loving my new kitchen. I also use them to clean my carpet's, they do a great job!

I both called and emailed Branson Construction. I was interested in getting an estimate to have a kitchen and bathroom remodeled. I live just north of Danbury. Never received a call back or answer to my email. Very disappointed.

Would not have had any idea of dealing with the insurance company without his guidance. He and his staff also provided good ideas when remodeling. Very happy with results when all complete.
