Man, Apple Plumbing Lakeway was a whole different ball game compared to the last plumbing service I dealt with a few months back.They were quick to respond and get things done, and they were straight up about the costs, even letting me know about extra fees for Sunday service. They didn't waste any time figuring out the problem and fixing it in less than an hour. Plus, they left the bathroom spotless after they had to take out my toilet to deal with the clog.Their service was top-notch, showing they really knew their stuff and could get things done fast. Yeah, you may find other plumbing companies here in Lakeway but honestly, hiring these guys it's worth every penny for the quality of work they do.In addition they check my two old water heaters in the attic. They still work but I know they are very old. What they recommended was replace them within 1 year. They told me since they are still working that I can replace one first and wait 6 months to replace the other one. They suggested to go with Rheem and 40 gallon each.When I’m ready to replace them I will give them a call. They really earned my trust. I already recommended them to some friends and relatives. They are the real deal

My house was a mess with water leak problems. All at once my 2 water heaters started to fail, a front yard pipe busted and the toilet running without stopping. I'm glad I found this company late at night they were still picking up the phone and sending his technicians out. They came at least to shut off the main valve to stop the water leaks. With the water heaters they flushed them with a hose and the next morning they were here at 8 with 2 new water heater units. To remove the old units it was a little bit of a heck but they finally got them out and installed the new ones. At last, they got to the toilet but that was a piece of pie for them. they just replaced the parts inside the tank with a new seal. I'm very pleased with them and their prompt response to come to my rescue. I already put a good word for them in next-door app and in the Facebook group of our neighborhood. Don't hesitate to call them if you have a plumbing emergency. They will help you out I promise

Ed answered late at night. I called at 10pm and they still answered the phone with courtesy and good customer service. He gave me an estimate over the phone of $1400 for a broken pipe that was leaking under my toilet. They say they don’t usually give quotes over the phone but with the information I gave him he had a good idea of what the problem was. He told me they were still helping another customer but once they finish with him they will come over to help me. They sent Ryan out to come look at my issue and that’s when they gave me the solid quote I needed. It turns out that it was not a broken pipe but just the wax seal needed to be replaced. He completed the project in about an hour and the total cost was $300 including working after hours. He also replaced broken bolt and caulked around the toilet. He did good work, was meticulous, and efficient. If you are looking for an efficient and very honest plumbing company in Lakeway, give them a call and they will help you out.

I had another plumbing company come give me an estimate to replace a water heater that is in the attic. I called this company to get a second price and I definitely saw the difference. They are more affordable and they had availability. Great people

We haven't had water in our house for almost 10 days. We've been dealing with the home insurance company. They keep sending a plumber that has not resolved our issue. We got fed up with this lack of results and started looking for other alternatives. We called this plumbing company and they sent a plumber to our house in 2 hours of our call to check what the problem was. They ran a camera and found the lines were clogged. One of them was broken and roots and dirt were getting in the pipes causing the blockage. They replaced the broken pipes and repaired them. We finally have water running. Thanks for helping us with this

Its $150 to come to your house. From their they won't do anything unless your willing to pay an ADDITIONAL $500+. This is a place that will gouge you.The handle fell off the shower, and it couldn't be turned off. I called and they sent someone and was then quoted $500 to fix it. I told the plumber that was too much. I watched a youtube video and fixed this in 10minutes. The parts were ~$50. I also know nothing about plumbing.I get it your business model is to overcharge but $500 for a 10minute task? I can only imagine what an actually difficult task would cost.The only redeeming factor is that the plumber was helpful, competent, and knowledgeable but the pricing model is insane.

From the initial phone call with them to the completion of the job by Ivran, the customer service experience was stellar! Ed scheduled me with friendly professionalism. I’m glad they had availability. The technician they sent was Ivran, he arrived at my house with all the proper tools and was punctual. I was experiencing some issues with my toilet tank and a water leak from the base of the toilet. Ivran explained that the seal wax was broken and needed to be replaced. Once we replace it the leak would stop. Because there was also another problem with the toilet tank he recommended buying a new toilet instead of fixing each part. So, I decided to take his advice. I purchased the new toilet and he came back to remove the old one and installed the new one in less than an hour. The total price was very fair. He was very thorough, careful. He did an excellent job and left everything clean with no sign of any work done. He also hauled away the old toilet without any mess. I was very impressed by his attention to detail. I highly recommend Apple Plumber Lakeway. I will be calling them next time the need arises

Lakeway Plumber is amazing! I had a pretty simple issue at a surgery center that I needed help with. It was definitely beyond my skill set. I thought I'd have to wait a few days to get someone out and they sent me someone same-day. They were super responsive, professional, extremely affordable and great to work with! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!! I also appreciate using local businesses.

Great experience. Shut off valve on toilet, initially installed incorrectly, began to leak and decouple from water line. Ivran came within one hour in 17 degree weather. He resolve the problem within 45 minutes I was charged a very fair price with no up charge for quick response call. Excellent overall service.

They were the only company available on Sunday evening. I was panicking because there was water coming from the second floor through the roof. I found one of the backyard pipes were burst. Ben had to excavate to find the PVC pipe and repair by cutting a section and adding a new piece. They were able to do it in one day. Thanks for the great service!

They ran the camera to find why my toilet was clogging all the time. It turns out there were roots growing inside the pipe that was stopping toilet paper and causing a backing up. They used the roto rotter machine to remove the roots, and everything is fine now.
