It’s been almost 6 months since Perks Metal Works (PMW) finished our shop build and we are still 100% satisfied with our building!The folks at Perks Metal Works are friendly and completely focused on customer satisfaction. Just call Mandee (PMW’s Project Manager) and she will bend over backwards for you! Kirk and his son AJ and their crews are professionals and very friendly. The took my digital build/dream and made it a fantastic reality.About my shop:1) Mueller Steel Building2) 36’x17’x10’ with a 3:12 roof pitch3)5’x36’ gable overhang extension on the front with 2’ soffit overhang on both sides & the back4) 10’x8’ cased opening for custom door5) Four: 36”x36” windows6) Wainscoting on front and both sides7) Custom Door mount8) 4” Open-Cell Foam InsulationIf I had to change anything about my build… I would have started the project through Perks Metal Works instead of purchasing my building through Mueller and then contacting PMW. I found that Mueller’s sales associates lack the build experience which created some delays in our build.With that being said never once did had to call and talk to a Mueller associate after going under contract with PMW. The folks at PMW took complete control of the build and the materials needed to complete the job. AJ and Mandee were honest and open about every step of the build’s process.I would and have recommended PMW to anyone looking to do a metal building or roof.

Perks Metal Works assembled a Mueller Inc steel building on my one acre residential lot in Cedar Park, Tx in the Fall of 2018. This was a 28' x 28' engineered, "bolt-up" workshop with 2' overhangs on all four sides, finished soffits, and gutters.In the summer of 2019, I contracted Perks again to build a cover for the driveway to the workshop so that I would have a covered outside work area when the weather is nice or when I'm doing something too messy for the workshop.Perks worked from my conceptual sketch and made suggestions/changes based on their extensive knowledge and experience in metal buildings. Kirk and his crew arrived when they said they would, fabricated and welded the driveway cover in about a day and a half (in the August heat), and did a great job of cleaning up the construction site at the end of the build.I'm very happy with the quality of workmanship and the interactions with Kirk and his crew. I would not hesitate to use Perks Metal Works again, and would recommend them to anyone planning a metal building.

Recently, our church sought bids for a contractor to enclose a patio, and out of 5 contractors Perks Metal Works was awarded the contract.We could not be happier with the finished product, and perhaps more importantly, they stayed right on track with time estimates - allowing us to finish our project ahead of schedule!They were a pleasure to work with as they communicated clearly and frequently. They ALWAYS answered the phone any time I called the office, and they were quick to respond to any request.I heartily recommend Perks Metal Works to anyone seeking an honest, highly competent, and caring contractor. I can’t give enough praises to the team at Perks Metal Works. They welded our workshop and explained the process. I was clueless about “welding”. Also, it was wonderful to have a quote up front that was signed by us and honored. They completed our building as we discussed.
