Albert M. And Joel R. were outstanding. Entire process took us a little over than 3 hours on a Saturday. I scheduled visit prior to going with Albert and Joel assisted us with sale. We could have chosen any dealership but decided to shop local (Laredo) and at VW. Great experience and no hassle. The process was smooth as we knew what we wanted as well. Highly recommend as the environment is pleasing, not too loud, and everyone is very professional and respectful.Some of these traits are to be desired from their competitors (CC) on Jacaman Rd. where environment is loud, salespeople are talking about each other, and “management” is super rude. While the customer service was excellent I have to say I was not convinced with the quality of the service check itself. They reported that everything seemed to be in good working condition only to find the same alert system continues to sound off. Somewhere or somehow a sensor is not functioning as should and I am driving with an irritating and frustrating alert. Thank you.

Just 3 miles driving out of my VW being serviced, I got a warning light about low tire pressure! Part of service performed that day was tire rotation and one would expect that technicians may have taken care of tire air pressure. I mentioned to the service advisor that I was going to travel over the weekend. Needless to say, I have to make a quick trip to the nearest tire shop and pay to take care of the problem.

All negotiations were conducted over the phone, he picked me up in the vehicle I was looking to purchase (5 miles on the odometer), we went to the showroom, signed the paperwork and I was out within an hour.
